From the moment we walked in the office to check in, I felt warmly welcomed. The check in office atmosphere was lighthearted and relaxed. I immediately felt relieved that we had picked a place where the people seemed to take pride in their job. Even the cleaning crews we saw the next day were happy and friendly. It was New Year’s Day and I thought they would have been grouchy that they had to work on New Year’s Day but they weren’t. We loved our room so much that we are going to try to get that same room again . I loved all the outdoor sitting areas and the private beach was better than what even the pictures on the website show. The other resorts around them weren’t up and running yet after the hurricane but we were amazed that Silver Surf Beach resort was because they were affected too. ||Also, it was easy to find after dark. We rode the trolley after dark and couldn’t see the various resorts too well but we knew where to get off of the trolley when we saw the brightly lit giant seahorse on the front of the office. It’s location was great because of the beach access and because it was within walking distance of the main tourist area in Bridge Street where usually all the new years activities take place except for this year because of the hurricanes some things were canceled but it was still worth going and a lot of fun. We can’t wait to go back again to Silver Surf Beach resort! Jolene

Clean and comfortable room with a mini kitchen. Free parking conveniently close to the rooms. The resort has a good location and the beach is accessible by just crossing the road. The beach itself is amazing with white sand. Could have easily spent more time here.

Second visit and just as lovely. Pool is heated to 85 degrees, rooms spotless and just over the road to a beautiful beach that goes on for miles. The island is still recovering from the hurricanes but the people, views and food are as fabulous as ever.

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are great. Beach access was wonderful and we were able to have an umbrella and chairs set up for us. We were very close to shops and bars and places to eat. Staff was so very friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were SO comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the area. No complaints at all.

Excellent place. Very clean and across the street from the beach. Chairs and umbrella come with your stay. Daily brakfast was very good also. Room is good size and bed was comfortable . Easy check in , front clerk was very nice.Will definitely be back.

Just stayed with my girlfriend for her birthday. Caught the wailers in concert after a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant. Very clean and comfortable with a friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely consider staying again, and highly recommend to friends.

Was there in August. They gave us a super tiny room. The air conditioner was leaking and there was water on the floor from the leak. It was nice before, not sure what happened. Horrible experience. Will not go there anymore. Expensive, never expected to see such a bad condition. I have pictures.

Great hotel with direct access to the beach and free sun loungers and parasols. Friendly staff! We were there before the regular check-in time. They gave us beach towels and informed us as soon as the room was ready. Parking lot included. The breakfast was ok, not much choice. We can definitely recommend this hotel!
