Very unreliable pick up service at Logan Airport. No 12:00 bus. Or 12:30 bus. 1:00 bus finally showed up late. This happens often. Not depenable. Was told they don't have enough drivers to cover the Framinham / Logan Airport route.

I had a horrible experience with this company, I wish I could give zero stars. We arranged two buses for transportation for my son's wedding. The buses were over 45 minutes late picking up guests at the hotel. I did not receive a call, text or email to let me know they were delayed. I was at the church with the wedding party and started receiving frantic calls and texts from guests who had been waiting and the buses hadn't shown up. When I called and spoke with the GM, Keith, I was told there was "traffic" and the buses were delayed. This is a transportation company, I assumed they were aware of and would account for typical traffic in the area (north of Boston). There was not an accident or other unforeseen event, rather, poor planning and abysmal communication. At a minimum I should have been alerted that the buses were delayed so I could let guests know but they didn't even do that.

Finally the guests arrived at the church, however, the ceremony started late. Post wedding I reached out for an explanation and still have not heard back after nearly 3 weeks. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this company and wish I had chosen a different company.

So happy with this company! Booking my event was easy, and the office people were great to work with! I run a camp for 6-12-year-olds, and the drivers were kind and very helpful! I will be using this company yearly, no need to look further! Thank you Silver Fox for transporting my precious children to camp and home again in a safe manner, and in a beautiful comfortable bus!

I am actually on my way home from a 7 day trip. I cannot say enough about Steve! This is a Marine Corps JROTC trip. The returning students were so happy to see Steve again. He spoke to everyone and greeted us all by name every day. Silver Fox is lucky to have such an amazing charismatic driver on their staff. I have also used Silver Fox for several years and has always a great experience. I want to thank Steve from the bottom of my heart.

We had a great experience with Silver Fox for our wedding. The planning was easy and everything went according to schedule! The shuttle bus was the perfect size for our wedding (fit a little over 50 people). Very punctual and leaves exactly at the time that you want them to. Thank you!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Me and my wife used silver Fox motor coach for our wedding in Menden Massachusetts. All seemed to be set up well and professional until the night of the wedding, we were told that the bus would not leave until all guests were accounted. As the night was wrapping up me and my wife started cleaning up wedding decor and loading into cars (this is within eye shot of the bus driver, about 20 feet away) Silver Fox was notified that cleanup was going to be needed before departure. At 11:45 PM the bus driver honked the horn and drove away with me and my now wife along with multiple people in the wedding party stranded at the venue. Multiple calls were placed to Silver Fox and I ended up talking to one person who said a supervisor would call me back and I never got a call back. Multiple people on the bus told the driver to turn around and he said that he left at 11:45 because that's what he was told to do even though he saw us waiting and saw multiple people waving him down to stop. After 40 minutes of waiting the bus driver returned to bring back the remaining guests and took no responsibility for leaving us stranded. We received an email three days later stating that no additional charge would be charged to us for the second trip..... absolute horrible company with deplorable customer service.

I've never had an issue riding with Silver Fox starting when my family and I rode their buses to the beach, back in the 80's. I have been on their trips to Yankee Stadium and also Logan Express!

WOW! These folks restored my Hope in kindness and Mankind! I took Logan Express bus from Logan Airport in Boston to Framington. I left an bag with expensive items on the bus. When I called the next day, I actually was able to speak with a live person, not a recording, who quickly found the item I left. I was in town for testing for my son at UMass Hospital and these folks were kind enough to deliver the bag directly to me at the hospital. God Bless these folks and the wonderful people in smalltown USA Massachusetts!
