We arrived early on a Saturday and met Parry at Siesta 4 Rent, he turned out to be an exceptional individual, big friendly smile, welcomed us in and made us feel super comfortable. We had a few minor issues with the rental but Parry took care of all of it so quickly it didn.t even phase us. Thanks so much to Parrry and the other employee a blond lady I didn.t catch her name but she was also friendly and welcoming. When renting for holidays the prices are what they are, but an individual like Parry and a business like Siesta 4 Rent can make all the difference in the world and for us it did. Siesta 4 Rent is a fantastic company dedicated to providing renters with a beautiful home free of stress to enjoy a month-long vacation. I have rented from this company for 15 years, and every year they greet me by name! Recently, Tracy contacted me ahead of time to alert me about an issue with our rental. She made sure we were aware of the owner's plans to handle the repairs and offered a new rental option. I knew Siesta 4 Rent would take care of the problem and, without hesitation, keeping the rental unit, proceeded with my vacation as scheduled. Tracey, true to her company's promise to make your vacation memorable, devoted her personal time off to follow up with the repairs, alerting me of changes and checking on my family. Truthful to her word, she was there to answer questions, asked about our dog's recovery from cancer surgery, and made sure I got home okay after a flat tire at the airport. She invested in taking the time to know us as friends. I have rented from other companies that promise to be there for you, but few companies deliver on their promise! The Service staff, Local Repair company, and Siesta 4 Rent never fail to meet your needs! Our yearly photo books always include the Siesta 4Rent logo because they are more than a rental agency. They are people who remember you by name, greet you with a smile and ensure your last trip with your mom with cancer or your celebration of your child's engagement receive the same quality of service standards and importance from year to year. They are one of a kind company that remembers to put people first by first taking time to listen to their customer's life events, concerns, and needs! We love this company they are more than an agency they are friends!

Our rental home at 452 Canal Rd. was perfect for our family reunion. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We loved the heated swimming pool. There were plenty of beach chairs in the garage and a sturdy cart for transporting items to the beach.
Siesta 4 Rent was very accessible and easy to communicate with. We’ ll definitely rent from them again.

Had a wonderful time at the Siesta Key! Our property at 340 Canal Rd.. was perfect and beautiful! Well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated,. Plenty of room for four adults and three children. Having a private pool was especially nice, the grandchildren used it daily. The rental was within walking distance to the village area. The Siesta4-Rent staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They were extremely helpful and informative when making the reservations. I would definitely stay in their rentals again! Thank you for helping to make our stay memorable!

If you are looking for a rental on Siesta Key, look no further.

I rented several properties from Siesta 4-Rent and over the years and have never been disappointed. Great selection of houses/apartments, great staff, excellent service - a completely hassle-free rental and management process. The properties were very well maintained and the only problem we ever had (a clogged toilet) was taken care of by their plumber within 90 minutes. We did not even have to be there.

Reservations can easily be made through their website (lots of pictures!) or in the office. I have always worked with Tracy (thanks again) but everybody was super nice and helpful all the time.

Thank you for making our vacations so pleasant. I have no hesitation to refer you anybody looking for an easy rental on Siesta Key.

First time to Siesta Key and it was amazing! The property that we rented through Siesta 4 Rent was beautiful. The kids very much enjoyed the pool and the house was super clean. Amenities were great! The staff at Siesta 4 Rent were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning!

The employees at Siesta 4 rent are great. Unit 201 in the Crescent building is a perfect location however there were issues with this unit. The cable and Wi-Fi were a problem. Even after siesta for rent had the cable company replace the cable boxes, the signal was very bad. The cable would go in and out and freeze and the Wi-Fi kept dropping off of our phones. The carpet in the living room area was so filthy and should have been cleaned or replaced. The shower in the master bath does not work well. After the plumber cleaned it out it was better but still the lack of cold water in that shower makes it very hard to take a shower in there. The commode was broken in the master bedroom and the plumber had to come fix that. We have rented this unit for the last two years. Like I said the unit itself is the perfect place to rent if it was being kept up and fixed.
