This is a wonderful rental property. It has a fabulous view of Shoestring Bay, a great pool and outdoor space, lots of comfortable indoor space, updated kitchen and bathrooms and much more. Paul, the owner, is very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this rental property!

We had an amazing week at the ShoestringBay House! We got lucky with the weather, but felt even luckier to find such a perfect retreat - the pictures didn't do any justice! We had our first family vacation in years - being on the water, having the pool for the kiddos, and still being so close to town and amenities was wonderful. The home had SO much space so it was nice to have room to spread out when we needed it but also plenty of living space for movie nights & family dinners. Paul the host was great, always very quick to reply with questions and the house had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back! 🙂

This home is lovely, clean, conveniently located, and perfect for a large crowd. Lots of sitting areas and breathtaking views. Bikes and kayaks were the cherry on top! The host is very gracious and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Paul Thompson took care of us every step of the way. Our family of 10 (5 adults, 5 kiddos) had more than enough room. There were plenty of places to get some prescious private time away from the kids too. Private neighborhood and large lawn with room for adult lawn games and children to play. Circular drive with ample parking room. Lovely views, wonderful pool, spotless home.

The house and the amenities were wonderful at Shoestring Bay House! The owner was easy to work with and easily available if needed. The location is perfect for enjoying all that Cape Codhas to offer, when you can get the kids out of the pool! The house offered plenty of room for all ten of us to spread out or to gather for meals and fun.

We couldn't be happier. This was a splurge for our 50th wedding anniversary. NO DISAPPOINTMENT! There were 11 of us. I loved the "Great Room", my term for the room that was dining table, sitting room space and sun room all together. Plenty of space for us all to be together. Off the sun room was a small deck with a table where we converged every morning for coffee. Kitchen was plenty big enough for 4 women to work comfortably to make meals. Convenient appliances like coffee maker and single cup. The pool and outside toys (kayak, etc) were enjoyed by all. I would also like to mention that Paul, the owner, was always on high alert. Prior to our rental he was always prompt to respond, and while we were at his property, he always responded quickly. He never left us hanging, nor was he impatient. He is a great landlord. We highly recommend this property. After thought: the house smelled new and clean and the air conditioners kept all the rooms comfortable.. Thank you, Paul, for helping us to make a wonderful memory. Worth every penny, or dollar. : )
