Candlelight Vespers - Christmas Reflections 2023 was excellent! This year's program started with the story of Oliver Holden's beginings in Shirley which was very interesting and then moved on to some beautiful music sung by the chorale and played by talented musicians.
There were also several opportunities to sing along to some Christmas favorites.
The building is nicely renovated and fully accessible in back.
Recommend coordinating special accommodations in advance and bring a flashlight as the area is very dark especially in the rain.
There are some interesting historical objects in the lobby including dishware, hand made brooms and a weather vane.
A great way to get into the Christmas spirit, sing some songs, and grab some refreshments next door at the old Center Town Hall.
