This property & the staff were way beyond expectation.||We were in town for a 3 day business meeting. From check in to check out the service was fantastic and the conference area was super nice. The room was nice and cleaned well every day. Food for the business part was AWESOME (I didn't eat at any of the other options) .||I can't recommend this place more for a professional event or a great walkable place to stay while in town.

This is why people don’t go to hotels anymore it’s supposed to be quick, easy & convenient but it’s not!!!! A+ to the staff doing the rooms & linens everything was clean n fresh!! Garage/access to rooms sucks!!!! Surrounding area sucks. Front desk is a damn mess. Had to have my key fixed more than 4x during a 2 night stay & others with our function did as well. Took forever to check in as their systems were down for an entire day & night, they didn't take proper info. causing us to be bothered later/having to spend more time fixing the reservation. Hotel was empty yet they didn’t have the room type I booked in advance. They never informed us how to use their lousy pkn garage so we spent well over $100!!!! Lunch was taken from our meeting room before everyone ate!! Super annoying!!! If I can help it won’t be back!!

Honestly, there was nothing incredibly special about this hotel. Except for hospitality !!! The ladies at the front desk were very warm, friendly, helpful. The bed slept, okay. The hot water pressure was fine. The hotel is walking distance from the casino. There's not much else that I could tell you about it. Besides the hospitality, it did not make a giant impression on my memory.

We had a very nice stay at the Sheraton. The room was good sized and the service was great and the bed very comfortable. ||||The hotel is very conveniently located. They have garage parking underground and within walking distance of the MGM casino, the convention hall, and less than half a mile from the Springfield museums. In the garage, there are two electric vehicle chargers, one of which was broken.||||There’s also an overhead pedestrian bridge across to Tower place, which has a couple restaurants, a food court and a Dunkin’ Donuts . And a YMCA.||||The workout gym was also good sized and had a variety of free weights and your standard exercise equipment. The pool has lanes and could be used for lap swimming, but there was a large volleyball tournament in town and most the time it was occupied with kids. ||||We happen to be given a room with a great view of the bridge across the Connecticut river. We also had a handicap bathroom, which worked fine for us, except for the fact that the shower soap and shampoo wasn’t that convenient as it was on the opposite wall from the showerhead. I would also think that for any handicap user they would find it difficult to reach the soap as well, see attached picture. You’d be sitting on the edge of the shower and would have to reach all the way up and behind you to get to the soap.||||Overall, we had a great stay there for two nights.

The room was very nice.the only thing I did not like about this hotel was the front desk. staff was not friendly first they tell you the price of the room for the night them not looking up the reservation up. They all so have no idea what the security deposit is. There response is 50-100. They sent 3
Other guests up to my room after I was already checked in and in my room all locked up, I called down to desk asking why people were trying to get into my room.there response was im sorry about that. At the end of the trip, I checked out I asked for a printout, they told me the printer is not working. Can you email it to me? I still 3 weeks later have not received an email I call, but d no one has gotten back to me yet

Parking is NOT included when booking a room, overnight parking costs ~$20 per night. Do not drive here in a large vehicle, the parking garage is cramped and would be nearly impossible to navigate with a larger vehicle.
The rooms are mediocre and the bathrooms are tiny. The vents in the rooms are filled with dust and the showers are very dated.
The open interior design is terrifying if you have a fear of heights, also the balcony railings are low enough that a tall drunk person could certainly fall over the edge. It certainly would be dangerous for an unsupervised child. The noise from the ground floor bounces all the way through the building up to the upper room, so the rooms are less than quiet.

Entire stay was ruined because staff didn’t care about the comfort of its guest. There was a college kids team staying all over the hotel and ever since they checked in it was insanely loud. Yelling at the hallway, through the floors, running around, slamming doors, it was a lot ALL DAY LONG. Multiple calls were made to the front desk and the only thing they would say “we know. we taking care of it” and obviously nothing has been taken care of because it kept going on. Entire experience and stay has been ruined by that. Couldn’t rest, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t enjoy the pool because it’s been so loud and filled with kids who don’t know how to behave. Just horrible. I know it’s not hotel fault but this should have been addressed with coaches

Nice hotel I stayed at last month. Very polite staff. The rooms are simple, but they were always cleaned on time.
