I live in VA. I have recently gotten gas here. Both times, the owners were so good to me. Today they returned my credit card to me that I dropped the last time I was there. They kept it safe and protected me by asking for ID when I returned for it. God bless them.

Be careful here. Pay for gas with Cash!!!! LET ME EXPLAIN Prices are the same. When you pay with credit card they deny the charge at the pump and tell you to ho inside they hold $75.00. I went to the cashier swiped with debit card paid 30.03 then magically a 33.00 charge appeared on card putting a total hold on my card for 138.00. When it all satisifed the owner of the gas station took 33.00 instead of what I ACTUALLY purchased. Hold was placed on bank account for 7 days. Over drew my account. I went to back to the gas station and the owner did not help.

Unfortunately, this Shell gas station does not honor Shell Reward Discount even though Shell App shows its reward applied prices. It's disappointing.
However, its gas price looks better than other locations and its pumps look new and easy to find.

Always do shell and it helps when you have the fuel rewards membership to save on gas. You can grab quick snack, drinks, carwash, play lottery and buy your scratch off! Somewhat busy and you have to wait to gas up but when you can save 25 cents or better on up to 20 gallons of gas....I'll wait!!!!

Good price but the staff were horrible. I used to go here regularly but I am trying to avoid it now. One visit the cashier made a woman cry when he got all uptight because she said he still owed her $5.

Yesterday when I went to get a carwash and gas I paid but was told after paying that the carwash was down for 15 min. When I asked for a refund because I needed to go somewhere the same cashier gave me an attitude when all he needed to do was inform me on how to get the refund. He pointed towards where I should go and there wasn't anyone there to help me.
