I stayed here with my best friend for New Year's and we just had the most wonderful time. Susan is such a lovely and considerate host -- and a fantastic cook!! She was so accommodating to our needs. Our room was so cozy and everything was very clean. I could not recommend Sheffield Lodge enough if you are in the Berkshires, it is just the best place to stay!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful, 2-night stay at Sheffield Lodge in July for our 15th anniversary! We stayed in the Greylock Room and it was perfect. All the accommodations were great. Susan is a fantastic, personable host and breakfast was delicious. She also has all kinds of treats and snack available and there's always coffee and tea! One evening we watched a movie in the living room, which is comfortable and homey. We are planning to return this spring and plan to stay in Greylock again. We highly recommend this quaint, quiet, lovely bed and breakfast!

My family and I spent the weekend at the lodge.. It was very comfortable and inviting. Susan was an outstanding host, and made everyone feel at home. I would highly recommend spending time there.

We booked 2 rooms for the weekend and we were very happy with choosing Sheffield Lodge. Susan is a great cook and the breakfast was amazing, don’t skip it! Frittata, baked potato skins and fresh fruits, a wonderful way to start a Sunday!

We had a fantastic experience at the Sheffield Lodge. We were two families with two elementary school kids and two older kids. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and woods out back for hikes, and a roaring fireplace to enjoy afterwards. Susan was a lovely host who took care of everything and made delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back. Susan does a terrific job. Thank you!

My family and I just spent the weekend at this wonderful bed and breakfast. We had 8 adults and 2 elementary school aged children with us. We rented out all 6 rooms for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The rooms were fantastic- offering an elevated woodsy cabin feel. Susan, the proprietor, was so accommodating and we felt right at home. The breakfasts were next level, which we enjoyed and lingered over while catching up with one another. The younger boys enjoyed exploring the property, playing chess and leafing through the childrens books in their room.

This place is magical. You'll feel as if you are in beautiful hidden garden. There are trails into the woods, fire pits, & just lovely places to both explore & relax. Inside is even better. warm, cozy, comfortable with a large meeting room , the living room has big fireplace. & big t.v. The rooms are large with vaulted ceilings with gorgeous wood beams over tongue & groove wood ceilings, comfy beds. The host, Susan is the best part! She greets every guest with warmth & a tour.. she could not be more accommodating & welcoming. We needed something in the middle of the night & Susan was right there. She makes a mean breakfast...restaurant worthy! The whole experience there is like a big warm hug! And the prices make it a great package. If you're going to the Berkshires, stay here!!!|

First visit. Susan, the owner, was incredibly accommodating. My daughter and I were planning on going over Memorial day weekend, but my daughter got COVID at the last minute. Susan did not charge any fee and we rescheduled the trip for this weekend. We felt so very welcome. The entire lodge is is carefully decorated and homey. I had never felt so welcome at a b and b. Susan's breakfasts are worth the price of admission! I had a car emergency and Susan was more than accommodating. I highly, highly recommend staying at the lodge. We will be back!
