Today was our first time trying this place! Nolan was extremely personable and told us all his favorites to try! He was great with my daughter’s peanut and tree nut allergy too! The food was very yummy and the place was spotless. I will definitely be back!

Today my daughter and I were discussing how we should go to get our lunch. We wanted something that was really healthy but delicious and basically low carb. I suggested that we try going to Shake-A-Salad. The eatery was only a few minutes away from where we were shopping. We are so happy that we decided to eat there because the atmosphere was amazing and the menu was great with a variety of different options. We each chose the Broken Wedge Salad and we shared a tasty Taco Salad. I also had Salmon with an Asian Sauce. The food was delicious and the fresh vegetables and dressing made the salads even more satisfying. I highly recommend Shake-A-Salad to anyone who wants healthy deliciousness in a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere at a reasonable price.

Definitely love seeing new health places pop up in our area! I would say that the price is more like $20-$30 per person as me and my fiance ended up spending a little over $50 for the two of us. The portion sizes for the wraps are pretty small especially for the price but health food is generally pricy regardless. The employee that we met was extremely friendly. The smoothies that we got were yummy but felt more watered down than I would have liked. Another thing I'd like to add is that they were lacking a lot of the smoothies that their website claimed they have. Probably because they are new but I was a little disappointed. Overall, I do believe we would swing by here and there if we are wanting something on the healthier side but feeling too lazy to cook but I don't think it's anything that I'd particularly crave.

Great, first time experience. The food looks awesome and the service was phenomenal. The 2 girls working in there knew exactly what they were doing and dealt with customers. Exponentially and professional, we will definitely be back and I. Thoroughly enjoyed my taco salad. Thanks again. We'll see you soon.

New Port Richey has been in need of a healthy food spot like this!
Friendly & accommodating owners/staff!!

Starting with a review of the menu— the menu has many options from salads and wraps to rice bowls. There are pre-selected options to choose from and also the option to customize a build-your-own meal.
If you select one of their offered menu items you can swap out dressing choices or even add/subtract addition toppings.

Atmosphere- CLEAN!! And refreshing. There are about 5-6 tables inside and a couple spots outside as well. During busy times, you may have to wait for a spot to open up. They've only been a couple of days and when I went, every table was full except one! So I am happy they have a good turn out from the community.

I tried both a salad and wrap and both were great and decent portions.
The southern BBQ salad pairs perfectly with the creamy cilantro dressing!!
We will be back!

I ordered the Greek salad with chicken. It was delicious. Everything was fresh. I also got the bourbon salmon for my lunch tomorrow. Exciting to have tasty healthy food in the neighborhood. 10/10 definitely give it a try!

First time going in. Great vibes. Great customer service. We got the Insalata Italiano and the taco salad. Soooo good!!! Definitely shake a salad container. Such a great variety of food, not only salads. Very clean setting. Will definitely return. Have two salad sizes. The dressing was very tasty.
