our house recently had a large tree branch fall through the roof. Of course it was raining at the time and we had not only the 2ft by 4 ft hole in the roof but water damage.

Servpro was on site within hours of our call and I have to say their Master techs

I had a terrible experience with this company, and honestly if it wasn't for the exceptionally, kind and professional staff I would give them a 0. My tenant, a nurse searched for a company to come into the home and complete a mold test, she found SERVPRO. I spoke with servepro, they mentioned they would come in and do a test and let me know what they see and give me a remediation plan. Great, a week later I get a call from the project manager who I shall not name because I'm a lady. He said the house was peculiar in that they din't see any mold, he said something about a report that will come in email and that I can forward to him when I receive it. At this point, my lack of knowledge of what a humidity test vs a mold test hindered my ability to grasp his explanation. In short, I feel taken advantage of, I thought they were testing for mold, not for humidity. In any case, I never received anything about what the humidity results were! and only after I emailed the project manager did he send me an email with an explanation of what was done.and I quote "I can recap what we observed during our inspection" The bill is for $350 for nothing other than a email recap of what they saw with the naked eye. I could have done that and saved the money. I am not giving 1 star solely because Louis in the office very kindly explained the bill to me. As well as the manager Monica Garcia, who went above and beyond to help me and also answered my questions, sent me an actual report and a new link to avoid a $12 fee on the $350. Dissapointed.

Servpro of Belmont extremely rude. I forgot the manager name.
They came out to dry out the flood in my condo. They sent in 3 men that didn’t speak any English. The supervisor was trying to explain, but I couldn’t understand not one word. there was a huge communication problem. I was very frustrated since my condo was full of water, I couldn’t understand what she was trying to explain. The workers set up the fans, I called the supervisor at Belmont and explain the situation. All he said was we don’t need your kind of business. They pulled out all their equipment and left with everything wet.
I explained That I was very frustrated that I could not understand the supervisor. I would never use Servpro ever again. Very disrespectful he was very rude. Now they want me to pay $1800 for leaving the job undone. I was very unhappy!!!!

Servpro was great; removed debris and cleaned up our spaces that were flooded. Crew members Luis, Roling, Veronica, and Mags were terrific. They were responsive, punctual and great to communicatee with. Proj mgr Eder was also great communicating with us on what needed to be performed at the job site.
