We had the first experience with this travel agency (NY, Vegas, LA) and I'm in awe because of the outstanding customer service they provide. Irina is such lovely person and fully custom oriented that was constantly on top of our needs, pre and during the travel, giving constant support to make our trip an easy memorable experience. Now we already have booked our second trip and started planning the third. If you wanna focus on enjoying and get rid of the problems, this is the agency to go.
