I cant recommend this Service master location enough, Vanessa helped guide me through the process and assured me all would be taken care of, in which she was right, the team came out on time, cleaned up my flood damage, disposed of all damaged items and dried everything out. The crew was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend Vanessa and her team.

Mold was recently discovered in our attic. The Stoneham Servicemaster team, headed by Angel, responded quickly with an inspection and quote. The team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the cleaning process. They safely removed the mold, being very careful to use all the appropriate protective removal equipment, filters and gear. They were extremely thorough and did everything (and more) than what was on the quote. The Stoneham headquarters always responded in both a helpful and pleasant way. I definitely recommend this team and the work they do for mold remediation.

Disasters always seem to happen at night when you have the fewest choices and the greatest urgency. So when I stepped into 8 inches of water in my basement at midnight I called Servicemaster and they put me in touch with this office in a matter of minutes. For the next 4 days, they came by each day to check on their fans and make adjustments. Everyone was professional and courteous even at 2 AM and took the time to explain what they needed to do. They moved items around and left everything clean and neat. They get an A++ from us!
