To start with they were so nice and polite and quick to get my vehicle in, but then, 8 days later hadn't even contacted my warranty company to communicate a means of fixing my vehicle. Nor had they contacted me. Lack of customer care if you ask me. And work avoidance. But whatever.

They quickly took my car in and diagnosed it. They also let me know not only what made my car not work at the moment, but all of what needs to be fixed so I won't get down the road and something else go wrong. They do good work and in good, reasonable time to get you back on the road. Friendly environment, and hard working people.

Update: So I want to thank Tim, Ray, and the whole shop for the repairs. It was hectic and they helped all the way. 6 months and the car drives better than it did. Thanks guys and sd they say, "yall good by me, I don't care what the other guy said said."

After the worker messed my car up (he broke one of my plugs changing my coil) he was gonna charge me 750$ to fix it! Now I only take my car to Josh's garage, he fixed it for $89!! Selmans is fast and friendly, but I'd rather have my car fix correctly by Josh who also is very friendly with great prices and gets the job done right the first time!!

I'm not very good at working on my own vehicles so every time I have relocated over the years I have always faced the challenge of finding a good, honest and reasonably priced mechanic.
This time I have been much more fortunate. My father had already been living here for 25 years so "Mechanic Quest" was not necessary. My Dad says "take it to Selman's and get it fixed right or try someone else and then go to Selman's".
Needless to say, as usual, Dad was right. The Selman's run an extremely successful garage that has done things the right way from the beginning.
All the mechanics are very good at what they do. Mr. and Mrs. Selman have succeeded in having the best garage around because they have always ran the place with honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for their customers.
If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time by great people at a great price Selman's is the best place for you.

It's easy to fall into the trap of who can change my oil the cheapest or quickest or swap out tires at discount, but when you remember the vehicle using that oil and those tires contains everything you really care about in the world at any given moment on the I-22 at 65mph coasting alongside an 80' drop off an embankment, suddenly professionalism and trust take priority over thrift.

Top notch folks in the mechanic trade.
