We’ve been using Security Public Storage for over 20 years and couldn’t be happier. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, giving us peace of mind that our items are safe. Art and Josh, the onsite managers, are incredibly helpful and responsive, consistently providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

We've used several area storage facilities in the past and this particular Security Public Storage is by far the best. The grounds and units are spotless, the elevator is very large for big items and access is surprisingly easy given that the location is so close to downtown Redwood City. But the one thing that makes SPS Redwood City stand out is the onsite manager, Art. Art is dedicated, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. We feel very fortunate to have found SPS Redwood City and am happy to have the opportunity to crow about the experience!

This place is great! Awesome customer service! Art and Joshua who work there are super helpful and patient. I initially thought I would need 2 storage units, but it turned out I only needed 1. They were very understanding when I had to cancel one of the units after only having it for only 1 month. So far everything has been very clean, secure, and streamlined. Would highly recommend!

I had a great customer service experience with Art one of the managers at this location. He replied to an inquiry I made on Sunday evening. Sure it was just an email reply but I wasn't expecting a response until the next day. When I went in to reserve my space Art made the whole process so easy I think I had a smile on my face the whole time. Great employee, Great customer service and I wanted to let people know it.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Several years ago I was moving out of an apartment into a shared house and needed somewhere to store my furniture and extra belongings. From my first interactions with the staff I knew that my belongings would be safe here. While some may be turned off by the limited access hours, I never found it to be an issue, and actually liked knowing that there would be someone onsite monitoring the facility whenever it was open. While I no longer have a need for my unit, I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a storage facility.

Art was great! He gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how to use the lock I purchased for my storage unit. He provided me with details on the paperwork and gate code. When I was ready to leave, he gave me a SPS coffee tumbler. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Art!
