They have nicer rooms now, but it’s more of self service. The front desk guy didn’t even give me the right direction to the room, and it’s more of self service type of stay. Wish they at least did breakfast seeing there is no elevator. The pool are is nice and clean but the heat is crazy in there.For the price you would just expect a little more. BUT IT WAS CLEAN so that is a huge plus.

Nicely remodeled hotel. Staff at check in and check out was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready but they were able to give us another room.
I feel they are still in process of remodeling but will be a very nice affordable, clean hotel for short stays.
Only drawback is limited parking and no elevator currently working.

Nice comfortable place to stay the staff was very nice and accommodating. Had a small issue with my room no fault to the hotel and like I said accommodated my needs without hesitation. Great family place to stay. Thank You.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, some may say small,but for the 2 of us it was perfect. The pool was warm and we had a great time swimming .
Location was good for us. Close to where we needed to be. Overall a great stay.

I would not recommend this hotel. A side door was propped open all night, presenting a security risk. A bright orange Cease and Desist sign marked construction at the front entrance.

Desk staff was unresponsive to a question I sent in advance, resulting in an extra hassle at check in.

My bedding smelled of bad body odor and the coffee maker was broken.

Although we had a great New Year’s Eve celebration and the staff was amazing, the hotel & rooms badly need updating. The room felt dim and gloomy, and the bathroom seemed to have the original decor from when the hotel was built. On a positive note, the entire hotel was extremely clean.

Good budget hotel. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. More importantly, dog friendly!

I was originally hesitant from the negative reviews but I found Seaport Inn to be just fine. It's a no-frill budget hotel with a super convenient waterfront location. I hope they continue with the renovations and improvements. We came in the winter so it was pretty quiet and would like to be back to check out their dock space.

The desk staff was excellent. The room was fair, the heat took a very long time to heat the room up. There was also a lamp on the desk, but not one by the bed. Because most of the floor was not carpeted, it made the floor very cold to the touch. They were very few people at the hotel, but I could still hear other people in their rooms on the same floor
