Our Family visits Siesta Key yearly and we always stay at Sea Shell Condos. They always accommodate me and are so friendly. We rent 501 and the Views are amazing. The new BBQ area is awesome. We used it just about every day.

Nicely finished rooms with good space, excellent AC, and nice showers. Plenty of space for the whole family. Access straight to the beach, umbrellas and beach chairs provided.

We very much enjoyed our two week stay at Sea Shells Condos. The unit we stayed in (106) was very clean and everything was in order. Perla was especially helpful as well as the other ladies in the office. Everyone was friendly and courteous. We booked a unit for next year and look forward to our stay in Florida. Here are a couple of sunsets we got to experience while staying at Sea Shells Condos.

Recently stayed here at a condo unit (#209) booked through VRBO and it was fantastic. The location is phenomenal: right on the beach and close to all the good bars, restaurants, stores, attractions, and Siesta Breeze trolley stop (to take you around the island). Pool was very good. Highly recommend.

The place honestly is a dump. Our toilet in master bedroom did not work for the first three days, despite attempts to contact maintenance. The kitchen sink leaked all over the kitchen floor leaving us unable to use the sink for days. Minimal accommodations, no extra sheets, blankets etc. mismatched furniture in the living room. The layout of the condo is very enclosed making it feel very cramped. The pool gets sun from 1130am to 2pm. Please see pictures of pool taken at noon and 245pm. Pool closes at dusk and there is no hot tub. Don’t waste you money or your time. We spent 1800$ for 5 nights and were told no refunds despite the broken facilities. Read the fine print. Parking does not accommodate a truck. The parking clearance is too low to park a full size truck. So u need to park elsewhere.
Waiting for the condo to reply, as they have to all the negative reviews, that they have no record of our reservations.

Stayed here on the fifth level on the end unit overlooking the ocean in May 2021 with my family (6 adults). We had such a nice stay! The beach was absolutely beautiful and not too busy. There is public access right next to the building, but there weren’t many people using it so it really did feel pretty private. The condo itself was SO pleasant, with the balcony being the highlight. We spent a lot of time there! Shopping center right across the street with a few restaurants, little shopping mart and ice cream. They had loud live music a few nights but we could never hear it when inside our condo. Highly recommend this spot!

Good location, easy beach access to a good beach area. Parking is very iffy, The covered spots have a 6-ft ceiling so most vehicles above a sitting on are going to have problems. There are uncovered spots, but the exit gate is always up so I've seen multiple people not staying here drive in through the exit and take spots from the condos. Internet has been down my entire stay, and the elevators are currently broke.
