Public ridicule of the above training agency could be construed as a direct violation of their Code of Ethics, resulting in suspension or expulsion based on hearsay. When moving through the professional ranks, safeguard your active status by switching to multiple training agencies: SSI, PADI, IANTD, NAUI, RAID, etc. It's impossible to claim to be at the forefront of technical diving instruction when all the training manuals are outdated and provide somewhat limited information.

Do you like calling a number and talking for what seems like eternity? If so this facility is not for you. I got certs through another agency, whenever an issue or question arose I had to talk in circles and often still never found a resolution. With SDI I am beginning to feel lonely, they are competent and answer my questions in a timely manner. With all the free time I have I can now go diving

I have trained through TDI/SDI from rescue diver to cave ccr/dvp. I'm also an instructor for TDI/SDI! I can't say enough good things about their customer service, the online training platform, and classes they have. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
