If you're looking to plan a wedding, plan it with Gina as your lead. Weddings are like huge school projects, except your team members aren't your friends or anyone you even know. That's where Gina comes in. She is very knowledgeable in the wedding industry and will always be honest without pushing you to one way. I hired Gina from the start. I love the city of San Diego, but I don't know the city very well. She lead me to the highest quality of vendors making my wedding day truly the best of my life. Bottom line: Gina is highly organized, easy to chat with, quick to respond, and has excellent taste. I highly recommend working with her for your special day.

Working with Gina as our full service planner was by far one of the best decisions we made during our whole wedding planning process. We knew we wanted to get married at an art museum, so once we decided on the San Diego Museum of Art for our venue, we interviewed a few suggested planners from their vendor list. Gina was incredibly responsive to our initial inquiry and we saw that she had done several weddings at the museum before. During our first call, she made us feel so at ease - she was so knowledgeable about the whole process and made it clear how involved she would be for each part of the planning process. It was the easiest decision to hire her, and we are so glad we did!

1. Gina is so responsive. Whether by email, text, phone call - she is reachable to answer any and all questions. This is incredible given how many events she's working on at any given time. She's also so patient, I frequently felt like she was following up with me to progress things (which is very different from the experience several of my friends have had where it takes 1-2 business days to get a response from their planning team). It truly felt like having a partner and a friend through the whole yearlong process of planning our wedding. I don't think I fully grasped what a long relationship this is, and I'm so grateful that we hired Gina and had such a wonderful person to work with for this long period of time and to guide us through this process. We also were not local to San Diego, and she made the planning process easy even though were only able to visit twice during the year before our wedding (and she packed everything into the two days we were there in person)!

2. Gina has strong attention to detail and an amazing eye for style and design. She truly works with you to bring your vision to life. Just from a few conversations, Gina pulled together an entire inspiration presentation that perfectly summarized the vision I had in my head for my wedding. I had a few things that I cared about and had saved down in Instagram, and Gina made sure those elements were captured and incorporated into our wedding. She also only needs to be told things once. As just one small example, I said during one call that I didn't like colored glasses and she made sure that was incorporated in the design elements for our vases, glassware, etc without needing any further reminders from me.

3. Gina is clearly well-respected and has built very strong relationships with vendors. When we told our venue that we had hired Gina, they were extremely excited and told us that we were in good, trusted hands, which immediately put us at ease. The process of contracting with vendors and working with them through the planning and design process was also seamless due to Gina's strong relationships and experience working with them. Everyone that she recommended was extremely high-quality and we loved how everything ultimately came together on our wedding day.

We cannot recommend Gina enough! She is the best planner for San Diego and beyond!

Simply put, Gina is the absolute best wedding planner in San Diego!

There is a reason she is consistently at the top of every ranking for best wedding planner. She made everything so easy from the moment we hired her through our wedding day. She is kind, easy to talk to, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her.

They say something goes wrong at every wedding however at our wedding everything went perfectly and that was all due to Gina making sure everything was in its place. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day because Gina was there to help with the background work and she executed it all beautifully.

With the planning process, she is super communicative and keeps you on schedule to make sure everything is booked for your big day. She has great relationships with vendors and she recommended the best vendors to us (DJ, videographer, florist, etc). Every vendor we worked with repeated the same genuine sentiment "Oh, Gina's the best!!!" or some variation thereof...and it wasn't hyperbole.

We aren't from the San Diego area so we knew we needed a planner that was local to help us and Gina was the perfect planner.

For those wondering the process, you have an intro call with Gina to go over your vision for your wedding. We discussed vaguely what we were envisioning for our wedding. I can't express this strongly enough...TOUR YOUR VENUES. We met her on the tour of the 5 or so recommendations and ultimately decided on the La Valencia hotel that day. (The best venue ever!!!). Following venue selection we had a handful of emails, texts, and calls discussing vendors and people she has worked with. She will give you a number of recommendations but it is up to you and your future spouse to ultimately decide. She is available and quick to respond if you have any questions and will make sure you have everything you need to make sure your wedding day goes perfect.

On the wedding day she helped our vision come to life and made it look even better than we could have imagined. Everything was beautiful and everything went according to schedule. We had no stress on our wedding day because we knew Gina was taking care of every single detail to ensure our day was everything we wanted and more.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having Gina help us as our wedding coordinator. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in the field. She has many connections and recommendations for each type of vendor and venue which saved so much time and energy.

Gina genuinely wants make the experience as amazing and individualized to your dreams as she can. She is honest and not afraid to help you express your opinions and she’ll do it in a professional and polite way. I am afraid to speak my mind at times but she was able to tell if I wasn’t completely happy, even when I didn’t say it, and she knew just how to help.

Gina is extremely organized and helpful. My biggest stresses going into planning my wedding were effortlessly taken off my hands by Gina. She has the answers and outlines before I even needed to ask the questions. She was incredibly accommodating to some last minute changes. She kept me focused and helped me achieve one step at a time, making the process feel very manageable.

My family, husband, and I were extremely impressed by Gina's and her assistant, Jenny's, professionalism on the day of the wedding. I was so busy and couldn’t think of any organizational details but Gina and Jenny took care of EVERYTHING. All of our random belongings and decorations were safe, the cake stored properly, the license taken care of, last minute wardrobe issues fixed, and more. There were some hiccups at the venue during the wedding that were taken care of without us even knowing something went wrong.

Gina always has a smile on her face and a very calming presence. She radiates positivity. I’ve already recommended several of my friends to her. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator and I am forever grateful to her!
