Nice play to deliver on my firts time here. Got a door right away and two guys were unloading me. It took probably 25 minutes. Delivery was all the way to end after the curve, you’ll see pallets and on the left is receiving.

They pretty good. Took like 3 hours to load because it was floor load. But still they have to educate employees. As soon as they start at 8a.m. all of them on phones. Talking and chit chatting.

This place is slow. I checked reviews before I came to pick up and was thinking that I might get lucky if I am able to get loaded in four five hours. Now I am here from 10 hours and still waiting. Owner operator please avoid this location if you can. And they don’t pay detention. Don’t believe brokers specifically Jear Logistics that they will pay you detention. I am waiting from 5 days after delivery to get detention and they finally said no to detention.

Owner operators don't come here for pickup. It's worst place to get you load it out. If you book a load. 1st check with shipper . If its ready than stop by. If not ready leave this property. Tell your broker that load not ready they take 8 hrs to finish the product m not going to wait that long. I was checked in at 10. 15 am now 6.00 pm. But waiting . Call

I will never haul any of their product ever again I arrived for an appointment and half a day early I had a 8 appointment the next morning when I went in that morning they told me that they wasn't expecting me til one. I showed them and confirm with my broker that appointment was set for 8 they said they will load me. after 3 hours of waiting I went to ask how how long will it be before they will have me ready to go they immediately got an attitude with me and said it maybe four or five more hours its going to take how ever long it takes so I asked to speak to the boss to tell him that that was not acceptable that will mess up my schedule he did not want to hear anything I had to say he wanted me to move my truck from where it was at.. so I told them that either they was going to have to get me loaded in the next hour or so or I would have to leave and I would have needed them to offload whatever product they had on my trailer. If you are and owner operator or company owner do not send any of your trucks to this business they will have you waiting 6 or 7 hours without any facilities for the driver or any consideration for the driver worst experience ever

If you come at night the facility is closed till 8 am but you can park at one of the open gates they got before the main gate

Kill yourself to get here on time just to wait. Super tight area with old pallets ready to fall on your truck. Friendly people.
