Anyone who is looking for a wedding planner should look no further than Savoir Fête! Rachel guided me and my family through this entire process with so much kindness, patience and organization. She was creative and always knew how to handle the many curveballs I threw her way! By the end of our planning process she not only helped us execute our vision for a beautiful, fairytale wedding, but she became part of our family too. I cannot recommend her enough!

Rachel is such a talent and a delight to work with. Not only was she an exceptional planner, but she is a creative designer and was a lovely friend to me during the entire process. Rachel stands out from other wedding planners in the industry (I know this from comparing her services against my friends’ wedding planning experiences) in the following ways:
1. She overcommunicates (which is VITAL in the wedding planning process) and is so detail-oriented in her planning that she will think of logistical scenarios that you would have never thought of. I was blown away by how thoughtful Rachel was in thinking through every aspect of the wedding in terms of timeline/planning. Every email I received from Rachel was thoughtfully laid out and thorough (but still to the point). I remember one example vividly at the beginning of my planning process when I was inquiring about bridal dress shopping. Instead of just providing a few boutique recommendations, Rachel sent me helpful information on budget, designers, and other thoughtful tips for me to consider. This is just one example of many on how Rachel goes above and beyond expectations throughout the process.
2. Rachel was a great listener during the design phase of my wedding planning. She took my vision and brought it to life, but what differentiates Rachel is that she brought forward ideas that I would have never thought of (for instance, Rachel knew I loved the show Bridgerton, so she pulled design ideas from one of the episodes!). These ideas were also incredibly unique and added special touches to our wedding. It’s almost been a year since our wedding, and we still receive comments from our guests that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended.
3. I asked my mother (who was very involved in the wedding planning, and who is tough to please but LOVED Rachel) why Rachel was worth the investment. She said it was because she didn’t have to do any work on the wedding day itself. Rachel handled all vendor coordination leading up to the big day and during our wedding day so that we could enjoy every moment and not think about logistics. The day went so smoothly and on time because of Rachel and her team’s close monitoring and communication.
For anyone on the fence about investing in a full-service wedding planner, please know that it is so worth it. Hiring Rachel elevated our wedding and saved me so much time and stress. As you can see from this long review, I can’t speak highly enough about Rachel and Savoir Fête!

Rachel's exceptional creativity truly shined when I presented her with an unconventional request: to design our wedding decor inspired by a Baroque painting. She took this ambitious idea and transformed it into a breathtaking reality. The rich textures, and dramatic flair of the Baroque style were executed with such artistry that our wedding venue felt like a living masterpiece. Every element, from the lavish floral arrangements to the intricate table settings surpassing all our expectations. Rachel's ability to take a unique vision and bring it to life is a testament to her remarkable talent and dedication as a wedding planner.

What truly sets Rachel apart is her personal touch. She was not just a wedding planner; she became a confidante and a friend throughout the entire process. Rachel is incredible! We started working with her during the pandemic when we weren’t even sure when the lockdown would end. Rachel calmed all of our nerves and ensured, and luckily everything was lifted ahead of our big day. Rachel always ensured that we were working with the best vendors, and we loved everyone we worked with. She took the time to really understand what we wanted out of our wedding, even when we weren’t sure what we wanted yet. Our whole wedding was a dream, from the Hogwarts-esque location (which she knew we had to check out after learning more about us!) to our moody photo vibes (she brought our Pinterest visions to life!). We can’t recommend Rachel enough!! The wedding planning process was stress free with her help!

They say the devil's in the details, but after working with Savoir Fete I now know that it's the party that's in the details! Rachel and her team turned my parents' anniversary celebration into something truly magical. There were so many special touches that were brought to the celebration. I particularly appreciated how Savoir Fete was able to somehow keep my parents feeling completed included in all of the preparations, while simultaneously taking care of all of the details so that everything was just fun for them, with no stress. There was so much creativity and thought put into every detail - the color scheme that carried throughout the stationary, to the throw pillows, to the tent valence, to the flowers. And oh my goodness - THE FLOWERS. I didn't even know art like that was possible with flowers. Add in the food, the music, and all of the VIP treatment and it was truly the special night to remember that my parents deserved (and thanks to the photographer, we'll have amazing pictures to enjoy forever). I can't say enough wonderful things about Rachel and her team at Savoir Fete - they really can deliver beyond your biggest dreams.

As a wedding photographer, I've worked alongside many planners over the 11 years I've been in the industry. Very few are as passionate and detail-oriented as Rachel is with Savoir Féte. She is on TOP of it. I always recommend her to my clients because a wedding with her is a seamless one. Before the event, I'll get a great understanding for the smallest details of the day (which can be crucial as a wedding photographer), and on the day itself, if anything deviates from the plan, Rachel is on it with quick, savvy problem solving skills.
