I can’t say enough wonderful things about Amanda! She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. No question or request was ever too much, and she truly made me feel supported every step of the way.

She worked tirelessly with all of our vendors, both before and during the event, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were exceptional. On the big day, she flawlessly brought my vision to life, setting up the theme and ambiance exactly how I had imagined.

Beyond her professional skills, she was so sweet and personable, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. We love Amanda!!! Save A. Date

Amanda, from Save A. Date was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment we met, we knew we were in good hands. She was super friendly, so organized and on top of every detail, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the planning process.
Early on the planning process Amanda asked for our vision and expectations. Being new to the Orlando area, we were all over the place and lost. However, Amanda was so patient, knowledgeable and offered many helpful suggestions based on our style and budget. She setup meetings and introduced every vendor we were interested in, which made it easy for us to make our choices. The weeks leading up to our wedding, Amanda made sure we had everything ready and perfect with amazing ease. Very last minute, we decided to asked her for her assistance in the planning of all other wedding events (welcome party the day before and day after brunch) and she happily took charge and delivered to perfection.
On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She was always friendly and professional, and we felt completely taken care of. We couldn't have imagined our special day without her. At the end of all, we feel like we made a new friend.
We highly recommend Amanda and her crew to any couple looking for a talented, patient, and dedicated, wedding coordinator.

Amanda is amazing! We needed a day of coordinator and she was definitely more involved in our planning than on just the day of my daughter’s wedding. She was constantly in touch and responded to emails promptly. The work she did on the wedding day timeline was flawless and precise. She was at our venue all day until late at night when our reception ended. She went above and beyond what we expected and helped us to enjoy a worry-free day. From setting things up to breaking things down to putting all items and gifts into our hotel room at the end of the night. I highly recommend Amanda and her staff for a wedding or any other event!
