My 5 friends and I decided to go to Florida at the last minute. We used Natasha Flores, with this agency, and have been really pleased with our booking! Our condo was clean, in a great location, convenient to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. It had everything we requested. The pool was just steps away from our room and the ocean was close by. I will definitely use this business again and Natasha has been wonderful in assistance with my requests. All 6 of us had a wonderful time!

She even messaged me at 4 am the day of my trip to be sure I had parking and directions and followed up throughout the trip to be sure I was having the best experience possible. To her you are more than a customer and a number, but a valuable family member in her client base. She also visits a lot of places in person in order to know physically what conditions you should expect and position you accordingly.
