Oh, what a grand experience this was to work with Stephanie! Going to Switzerland, seeing the Alps, was my dream for decades, and Stephanie went over and above for me. She'd never researched Switzerland for a client, so she had fun doing it, wanted to tag along for the fun too! 😀

I've never been to Europe, anywhere overseas, so I really didn't even know what I wanted to do, other than see the Alps, and potentially ski there. I told her of a few cities I wanted to go to, she did research and offered suggestions, along with highlights of each area (touristy things to do, unique foods, etc), along with doing some foot work on my suggestions. Hotels, youth hostels were in my desires, and she found awesome ones, taking their train system, along with renting a car (just for the experience of driving in a foreign country). I wanted to take a tour on a longer day, so she booked the 12 hour one to Jungfraujoch. We can never predict the weather, right? Well, the day of the tour was VERY windy, so the tour was cancelled, as well as ALL of the trains in Germany shut down because of the wind. I got up early for the tour, happened to check "What's App", and there was Stephanie, telling me that the tour was cancelled, and trying to find an alternate tour for me, despite the fact that it was 6:30A in Switzerland, and past bedtime back in the States! Once she found a good one for me in the afternoon (visiting the Rhinefalls), I finished my leisurely European breakfast, and Stephanie went to bed! I was MOST impressed!!

I flew into Zurich, then visited St. Moritz, Interlaken, down to Zermatt to see the Matterhorn, and to ski (the BEST day of them all!!), then had a leisurely 3 hour train ride back to Zurich, before flying back to the US of A on Monday morning.

I told Stephanie that I am more of a "paper" person, so she made sure I got my itinerary on paper, in the mail, in time for my trip, along with everything on a very usable app too. She also made a few suggestions, such as when to switch out my dollars for francs, so I wouldn't be stuck, and whether or not I'd need to bring my own linens for staying at the youth hostel (AWESOME places to stay - for much less money!).

What else can I say? Would I use Salty Beach Vacations again, even though I wasn't going to a "salty beach" In a heartbeat!! If you're wondering about whose services to use for your next trip, this is your #1 option!

Wow what a great experience we had with Stephanie on our trip to Mexico. She was with us every step of the way and booked us a VIP transit from Cancun airport to Hard rock Hotel that came fully stocked.
