Everything was phenomenal , from the food to the ambience and the service. Javier Gonzalez was very attentive, and suggested items from their menu when my mom was not sure of what to get, we even got to meet the manager Dolores and spoke w her for awhile. It truly felt like we were at home. Thank you for such a beautiful experience w my parents for my birthday. We will definitely be returning!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, our experience at Sajoma Latin Fusion was nothing short of disappointing.

Our large group was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the hostess, setting the tone for the evening. We were immediately informed that we had a strict three-hour dining limit, starting the moment we were seated a detail that felt both unnecessary and unaccommodating for a large group.

Once seated, our waitress took our drink orders and returned with them promptly, but that was the last time we saw her for quite some time. After placing our meal orders, she vanished. We waited an astonishing hour and ten minutes before any food began to arrive, and when it did, the dishes trickled out at different times. This staggered service meant that by the time the final plates reached our table, nearly half of our party had already finished eating. The idea of enjoying a meal together as a family was entirely lost.

Throughout this ordeal, our drinks sat empty, as our waitress was nowhere to be found. Other staff members delivered the food, but no one checked on our table. While the presentation of the dishes was visually appealing, the flavor failed to match the aesthetics. The food was disappointingly cold, lacking seasoning, and simply not worth the steep prices.

After the last person had finished eating, our waitress reappeared to ask if we needed anything else. We all requested drink refills and our checks only for her to disappear again, returning nearly 20 minutes later. By this point, we had been seated for almost two hours and 45 minutes, yet had interacted with our server a mere four times.

To top it all off, a mandatory 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill, an insult given the abysmal service.

Overall, Sajoma Latin Fusin failed on every front service, timing, food quality, and hospitality. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend dining here. Save your money and your patience for a restaurant that values its guests.

We visited this place for couples date night. The decor was outstanding! Great atmosphere! However, the restaurant was cold the temp was 65 degrees as it was early January. When we asked the waitress about the heat she stated that heating system has not been working for a sometime.

The food was average latin food a little bland and could have used a bit more seasoning. The service was average. Overall nice place!

The location, place , atmosphere, service , music , drinks and food are all more tan 5 stars. Me and husband loves the cleanliness and flavorful food. Marveled by the service and amicable staff. Prices are worth every penny. Definitely coming back truly authentic Dominican flavor and food.

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to host an unforgettable event, look no further than Sajoma Latin Fusion Restaurant’s VIP Room! I rented it for a birthday celebration, and everything—from the service to the food to the music—was absolutely on point.

A special shoutout to our amazing server, Rosie! She went above and beyond, making sure every single family member was taken care of with warmth and efficiency. It felt like we had a personal event coordinator on-site!

The food? Chef’s kiss. The music? Kept the energy just right. The experience? Flawless. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future celebrations. Highly recommend!

Food was not tasty, no seasoning. Service was a zero, we felt like the waitress wanted us to hurry up and finish. Then she added a service fee for 2 people with separate checks but on the menu it says 6 or more will add service fee. The restaurant looks nice and has a night life but without good food and service not up to par, I will probably not go back.

My server, Marianna, was incredible! She was attentive, friendly, and had excellent product knowledge, making our Valentine’s Day dinner even more enjoyable. My husband, child, and I had a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be back for the oxtail, snapper, and tuna tartare. Highly recommend!
