Annie was absolutely incredible and made our wedding day seamless and stress-free! From the moment we started working with her, she was so easy to talk to and put us at ease—no small feat considering we were planning a wedding 3,000 miles away from where we live. Her check-ins were thoughtful and perfectly timed, giving us confidence that everything was on track.

We had a friend officiating our ceremony, and Annie stepped in to plan and organize the entire rehearsal, which was a lifesaver. On the big day, she flawlessly set up the entire venue, and it looked stunning—everything we had envisioned and more. Annie also handled cranky older relatives with grace and professionalism, ensuring no drama disrupted the day.

Everyone—our wedding party, family members, and even the vendors—raved about how amazing she was to work with. She managed every detail so perfectly that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. At the end of the night, she even took care of cleaning up the entire venue, which was a huge relief.

Annie from Sage Events is the best!! I hired her as my day of coordinator but I truly felt like she played such a larger role in bringing our wedding to life. She was detailed during the planning call, asking plenty of questions but also offering helpful suggestions so the day could run smoothly. She also made herself readily available for any questions I had a long the way! I received several compliments from guests informing me that she was very friendly when arriving to the ceremony also mentioning how beautiful the decor looked. We went over a plan for decorations, but I also let her have some creative freedom for what she thought would look best for some things and she truly delivered! Everything was organized and I honestly had the best day. Thanks again Annie!!

Where to start with Annie? From the moment we hired her, she was incredibly attentive and had great communication. She handled our day of coordination and having her on our team, we didn't have to worry about anything. Outside of coordination, Annie handled decorating our venue for us and she absolutely crushed it. Without her, our day wouldn't have been as amazing as it was!

Annie absolutely made our wedding day perfect. She is so thorough to make sure she executes your vision exactly how you see it. She made sure we stayed on scheduled and checked in frequently - we didn’t have to worry about anything. Annie is so sweet and fun to work with - I highly recommend her! Sage Events planned my baby shower. Annie asked me my color preferences, and what theme and vibe I was going for and she took care of the rest. (My personal preference for this event was to be as little involved as possible and I just trusted her vision). She had so many ideas and I just let her creativity run free and I’m so glad I did. She made sure the whole venue was set up and perfect before I arrived on the event date. It was even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. The colors were beyond perfect. The signs and decor matched perfectly with my dinosaur theme. It was exactly what I wanted in my baby shower.

Annie was great to work with. She was readily available anytime I needed her, and if I ever changed my mind about anything, she rolled with it and made sure if was perfect for me. I cannot recommend Sage Events enough. I will definitely be using them for my next event.

I hired Annie / Sage Events for my wedding as my day of coordinator and it was probably the best choice I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. I was back and forth originally about getting a day of coordinator because I tend to be very organized and didn’t think I really needed one, but after thinking it over and thinking of all the “what if’s” that could happen, I decided to go for it. Annie was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, we had multiple touch-point calls to make sure we were on the same page about what I was expecting and her form to fill-out was so helpful. She went to both my ceremony and reception (2 separate locations) to make sure things were running smoothly and set everything up beautifully so my family and friends could just enjoy the day rather than worry about things like set up and vendors. She also rolled with the punches when we had to push back our reception start time due to photos running late and made sure everyone was happy and cared for. My mother in law even commented after the wedding how impressed she was with Annie and her services and how smoothly she helped everything go. I would hire Sage Events again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator!

We hired Sage Events as our Day of Coordinator, and are absolutely thrilled with the service they provided. Annie is absolutely amazing, she is encouraging, energetic and incredibly kind! She helped me with some basic questions throughout the planning process, she paid close attention to detail and was very organized and prepared for our big day. She was my ultimate hype girl during photos and she made sure everything went according to my time line. We had zero stress the day of our wedding thanks to her and her assistant. Thank you!

Annie was incredible! She filled in so many little (& big) details the day-of that I either didn’t have time to address or that I would’ve had to delegate to a bridesmaid and I am very thankful for her and her initiative in doing so! She was extremely well-organized and asked important questions leading up to the day so that she could effectively execute them the day-of! She took so much stress off of me and my husband!
