Best river trip I’ve ever done! This company is incredibly knowledgeable and they clearly love what they do (they also have great taste in music 😊). The shuttle had just left from the boat ramp when we finished up, but Doug saw us from the bridge and actually turned around and came back and got us! I will never use another shuttle company after our experience with Rum 138 and I highly suggest them if you’re interested in a fun, stress-free river experience!

From making (and revising) reservations, being briefed by staff before our trip, shuttling to the launch site, and pick-up at our destination, Rum 138 provides friendly and efficient service. In addition, the owners and staff truly care about protecting the Santa Fe River.

The Santa Fe is just beautiful! We visited Memorial Day weekend so the river was busier than usual of course. Ginnie Springs was it’s usual chaos but the tubers typically stay to the left making it easy to maneuver on the right side of the river. Rum 137 made things so easy for us! Using our own kayaks and their shuttle service was such a gift. No worrying about finding parking somewhere or having to paddle back upstream. The vans were air conditioned, clean, and very comforts for the short rides to and from drop off and pick up. The staff are also very helpful (they load and unload your kayaks for you) and go above and beyond to provide information to make your trip enjoyable and safe. They also have a wonderful cancellation policy should weather be an issue. Highly recommend!
