The park is historic and it would've been better if there were someplace to shower for guests..

Know many people who have lived there. That place is roach infested and the new management sucks.

110 spaces. This is a 55 plus mobile home community. The management is attentive and considerate of the needs of the residents. It's an older community mainly single wide mobile homes. The residents are friendly and help each other quite a bit. The community has a pool, a Jacuzzi, a laundry room and the clubhouse.

Clubhouse activities include bingo, and Saturday morning coffees where Donuts are often provided. there's a billiard table and small kitchen in the clubhouse. Restrooms are available near the pool.

Many residents use golf carts here for Local transportation. There's a small shopping center within half a block on Beaumont Avenue. Two restaurants and a bakery are in the shopping center. A church at the same corner at the Grange hall, and Shell gas station also on the same intersection. Beaumont High School is directly across the street.
The local grocery store is nearby, and a Stater Brothers Market is 2 mi south on Beaumont Avenue.

Owner doesn't take care of anything. Supposed to be senior park but they rent to anyone. Large dogs also.

Having to be over 55 to rent a home is outrageous do people understand that some people are normal and just want a nice quiet place to live without causing any problems everywhere’s is 55+ and if it’s not it’s a run down mess heck I would use my free time to help make the park beautiful and help out every resident I could if I got to live here

Used to live in 99. I loved living there. BUT HOPE FLOYD ISN'T THE MANAGER!
HE made our nights unsafe. Peeking in our windows. Glad I moved!

This is an older mobile home park for seniors. in my opinion the owners needs to do some up grading and cleaning around the park, instead of giving them self raises in there salary. sorry if I hit a nerve, but it's the truth.

A good community. 55+ park, clean pool,big rec room and the weather is 15-20 degrees cooler than the Coachella valley.
