We had the pleasure of working with Allie as our wedding planner for our special day in Dripping Springs. Coming from England and marrying a Texan, we wanted to make it as Texan as possible for our are guest and Ofcourse Allie did that with the small and big details!

Not only did she help us plan the wedding itself, but she also helped me with events leading up to it,( welcome dinner, tubing, bars and restaurant recommendations , things to do in Austin, rehearsal dinner etc) making the entire week unforgettable for our 60 English guests who flew in. Every detail was handled with such care and precision, and her personalized touches made everything feel so special.

I was also based in London during the months leading up to the wedding and during planning, Allie was always so flexible and easy to communicate with regardless of distance and time difference!

Allie truly understood our vision from the start. Her suggestions were always spot-on, and everyone she recommended for our wedding did not only offered a great service but were all great to work with. Allie her self, her energy is infectious, and working with her was an absolute joy. No just working with Allie, but on the wedding day its self, all my guests and all the vendors also loved having Allie around!

She was incredibly efficient, proactive, and supportive throughout the entire process. I genuinely can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a wedding planner who goes above and beyond to create a perfect, stress-free experience.

We used RosePOP parties to help plan our wedding and could not say enough wonderful things about their professionalism, resourcefulness, creativity, and empathy! We got married in June at Sanctuary event Space and had a daunting logistical challenge ahead of us: a smaller space with a fairly large Indian wedding guest list, blended Indian-American cultural traditions, chaotic weather forecasts, and a couple that didn't know what they wanted exactly. But Allie Pound with RosePOP came in and worked tirelessly with us to make our vision come true, thinking outside the box and handling all sorts of curve balls with a kindness that helped punctuate one of the happiest days in our lives! Grateful for everything and worth every penny!

As a certified type-A bride I am so happy I listened to my husband and hired Jenny & the RosePOP team to help us to and through our special day. From our first phone call with Jenny we knew she was going to be essential in helping us prioritize and keep our budget in line while also making sure our wedding was everything we wanted and more. The spreadsheets, vendor recommendations, and support throughout were everything we needed and more. Day of coordination helped us keep our cool even when we forgot something as essential as our seating chart. Jenny and Michael were on top of it and helped things go so smoothly our guests didn't even notice a glitch. We are so happy with the RosePOP team and would definitely take any excuse to hire them again!

I am so glad that we hired a wedding coordinator, but I wish that I would have done more research. Ultimately I felt that hiring RosePop made the day more stressful, not less. Leading up to the wedding, we were provided with a day-of schedule of events. It was challenging to make changes to this schedule with the wedding coordinator and even up to the week of the event there were so many typos and items that were simply incorrect- such as a timeframe for fireworks when we had no intention of doing such activities. Coordination with the other vendors was complicated because RosePop took on the direct communication with the vendors week of. A situation took place in which I was trying to get ahold of one of the vendors that had not delivered in the expected timeframe, but when they called back it was to the coordinator who was unaware and not taking action on any issues. Had I not been persistent in playing phone tag, the vendor would not have delivered as they had made a dispatch error that day. At 10:00 p.m. the night before the wedding I received a text that the cake had not been paid for, leading me to believe we would not have cake/dessert, something that was very important to the occasion and not replaceable with a supermarket cake. When looking through the communication history, the planner had received this notice much earlier. We had already paid the deposit and followup payment to the cake vendor and they had made an error in not recording our payment because it was through a different payment method. I was deeply disappointed in how this was handled and found it very stressful.
I did not know until the day of the celebration that our planner was double booked on our wedding day and was not there to help set up.
Because of a communication error made by the planner, the catering arrived during the celebration and unfortunately the catering staff members are in our photos.
When our flower order was delivered, the planner did not verify the counts of corsages and we were short one.
There were other ways in which they were helpful - our tent heater had a malfunction and our planner got someone out from the vendor to troubleshoot and fix.
It was frustrating to me that the bartender hired through RosePop put up a request for tips on venmo, even though he was being tipped and paid at an agreed rate and scope of services.
We had a beautiful day, but I really wish that our planner had had more attention to detail in helping us coordinate and communicate with vendors.

We cannot express enough how incredibly fortunate we were to have Jenny as our wedding coordinator in the final 6 weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day. From the moment we enlisted her help, it was evident that she was not just someone doing a job, but a dedicated, thorough advocate for our wants and needs, even ones we didn’t think of. Her level of organization and attention to detail was nothing short of impressive, and she went above and beyond during this critical period to make our wedding planning and execution smoother and more manageable.

Beyond her exceptional skills and professionalism, Jenny's kindness and approachability made us feel incredibly comfortable during those final weeks. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially in the last stretch, but Jenny's confidence and reassuring demeanor made us feel secure in our decisions, even when we felt out of our depth. Her ability to instill trust and reliability was invaluable, and we were able to rely on her expertise without hesitation.

Kellee with RosePOP was my "day-of-coordinator" for my wedding in February, I cannot give her enough praise. We began working with each other 8 weeks out, and from the start she had everything organized and taken care of. Work with RosePOP if you want your special day to run smoothly! They had very reasonable pricing options as well.
