We used Rosa's Catering for our wedding in Pigeon Forge, TN and everything was phenomenal. We did a tasting with them and they prepared everything we were thinking of getting, which was great as other places only let you select from a "tasting menu" and you have to hope they are good at other options.

Rosa's Catering was very easy to work with and we had rave reviews from all of our guests about how good the food was. We went with 3 different stations and it was a huge hit. The servers were very nice and professional, and they waited on myself and my husband at our "sweetheart table" so we did not have to deal with the lines at the stations.

The food from cocktail hour to dinner was absolutely fantastic. I would absolutely use Rosa's Catering again if given the chance. They were very reasonably priced as well. Thank you to you and your team!!

We booked Rosa's Catering for our wedding and the entire team was wonderful to work with. From cocktail hour, to our plated dinner, and a late night snack, the service was outstanding and the food delicious! The Baked Brie, Citrus Chicken and late-night pretzels were a HIT and the Mushroom Ravioli is a new comfort food of mine. The team had samples from cocktail hour waiting for us since we were busy taking pictures, and the moment we sat down at our reception, Rosa's team made sure that my husband and I received our dinner to ensure we had time to enjoy it. Tanya and Ginger were amazing to work with and even noticed a food sensitivity that I overlooked and made accommodations immediately. The entire team was a joy to work with and I highly recommend booking Rosa's for your upcoming event.

We used Rosa's catering for my daughter's wedding on January 11, 2025. Everything from the initial contact to the day of was phenomenal! I changed the menu at one point and some guest had dietary restrictions and at no point did my contact Ginger hesitate to accommodate my request. We had the pasta bar along with the salad bar. Both were absolutely delicious! The passed hor d'oeurves and the plated appetizers...YUM! The entire staff were amazing! They took care of the bride and groom ( served them a plated meal so they did not need to stand in the buffet line) and kept the guest well fed. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Rosa's catering!

Rosa's Catering was suggested to us by our magnificent wedding planner, Angie Froemel, and we were not disappointed! Their selection of options was unmatched and their prices were very fair. They were always immediately responsive and professional regarding all of the questions and special requests we had (Like specific fruits in the water and available with dessert as well as options for a gluten-free guest.) which I really appreciated as it was a destination wedding and everything was being coordinated out-of-state. My only two issues were that the "hot" foods were a bit cold when served but I completely understand that there is only so much you can do when preparing it from so far away, bringing it all the way up a mountain, and then serving it after the ceremony. So no big deal. The biggest thing, and this may be silly, I know, is that we ordered 5 different pies (as we were getting married on "Pi Day") but only received 4 or maybe even 3 and one was a double. Unfortunately it was the missing pie(s) that I was most looking forward to trying! lol But, considering all the things that could have gone wrong, and how excellent everything was besides that, I am very grateful and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me. And all of our guests made it a point to compliment everything as well! Thank you all for being so polite and helpful and serving up such deliciousness!

We had a chip and dip bar and slider bar for our wedding this past weekend and everyone raved about how good it was! The servers were very friendly, and they even offered to help us set up our cake table! We will 100% be using Rosa’s again for parties in the future!

I got married in New Market, TN but my husband and I are currently living in another state. I was nervous to hire a caterer without being able to taste test the food, but these good reviews did not steer me wrong! Ginger was wonderful to work with, she continually communicated with me leading up to the event. On the day of our wedding, the food was tasty and more importantly-- they simply showed up and took care of business. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable and seamless plated dinner for 150 people. It was SUCH a blessing to be able to relax, eat, drink, and be married!

Food was absolutely horrendous. Tomato soup was so salty it burned my throat. The chicken was unseasoned and bland… not to mention burnt. The potatos were scarce and unseasoned. The only edible thing was the salad. This is the second time ive had food from here. It did not disappoint, but only because i expected bad from the looks of the food. Hardly edible. 0 stars

We used Rosa's Catering for our 10/25 wedding in Gatlinburg at the recommendation of our venue and it is the only thing I regret about my wedding day. Before I say anything else, I do want to say the actual servers were amazing - I didn't catch any names but they were so sweet and on top of it. There was a girl with curly hair who was so kind and brought me things all night during dinner without even needing to ask and she was wonderful. I'm certain they only did was directed of them by the instructions they were giving prior to arriving so I do not fault them for anything personally.

The catering itself though was not good. First of all, it is not made obvious anywhere on the website that for the pasta bar they mix the tortellini and bowtie pasta together instead of having an option of either/or. We found this out a couple weeks prior to the wedding when it was too late to change caterers, and they acted like we were in the wrong for thinking that was extremely strange. I chose the pasta bar because it seemed like the best option for multiple dietary concerns, so to mix an allergen with a non-allergen and make no mention of it anywhere seems very odd to me.

We communicated this to our guests and went with it anyway, but the pasta all ended up overcooked and gummy so it was a mistake after all. I checked the time stamps of our photos and we started dinner right on time, so I know it was not gummy from sitting due to a delay. The garlic bread was hard as a rock, and the chicken appeared to be boiled chicken that was seasoned with salt and pepper, like maybe something you'd give to a dog with an upset tummy. I will say the bruschetta was delicious and that's maybe the only good thing I have to say.

I confirmed prior to the wedding that we would be able to take leftovers and was prepared to bring my own to go containers, I was assured that we would get to take anything leftover and they would package it up for us - great! The day of, my dad asked about packing up the cheese cubes from the appetizers and was told that we are not able to take appetizers with us and they go back with Rosa's. I don't know if they are reusing old cheese or what that's about but if we were not able to take them with us, despite paying for it, I'd think that should be communicated at the time I asked about leftovers on the phone prior to the wedding.

Finally, and my biggest, most heartbreaking complaint, is that my wedding cake was cut and served despite verbal instructions that there was to be no cake cutting. Our cake was very expensive, and I intended to bring it home with me. We had cupcakes and cake shooters for guests, but right after our cake cutting we were rushed out for photos and unbeknownst to me my cake was cut and served. I do have the top tier saved, but the whole thing was supposed to come home with me. Evidently there was "no note" to not cut the cake, and that the venue told them to cut it - I am absolutely certain I stated verbally that it was not to be cut so if there was "no note" it is because they neglected to write it down and it should have been confirmed with me. Now no matter what I will never get my wedding cake back even if I am somehow able to be compensated financially for the loss.

My mom paid for the catering, so she did email Rosa's to address these concerns a few days ago, but the response she received was "We're sorry you were disappointed, there was no note to not cut the cake. Sorry you are not happy."

There are so many good reviews for this company that I am truly shocked this was our experience, but I'm so disappointed with nearly every aspect of the service we received aside from the wonderful and attentive staff who were present that day, especially the response my mom received when she tried to address things after the fact. It very much feels like they were happy to take our money and not worry about anything else. I'm sure this negative review will get a response so I did want to make it clear that we attempted to resolve this prior to posting a review.
