Beyond 5 stars for me. I called in a panic due to our well having a leak and a house full of littles. The owner (Roger) went out his way and beyond our expectations to get the job done giving the schedule he already had. He was thorough in explaining and upfront and honest on pricing. He upgraded our well and got it done quick and proficient. Him and his team was able to give our house better water and better pressure.(pressure we never knew we were missing out on). Hands down the only company I’ll ever recommend to anyone around!

Best customer service I’ve ever received as a Baker Co. resident, homeowner of 16 years!

Ms. Amanda, Mr. Dale, Mr. Roger Raulerson, and younger gentleman (never caught his name) were all so great. After having a frustrating encounter with another company, each of the above mentioned were considerate of the inconvenience I was experiencing due to needing my well repaired. I was kept informed of availability, diagnosis, as well as the cost for repair. I’ll never call anyone else for my well repairs. Paying for repairs as a homeowner is inevitable, can be expensive and maddening, but this crew made it a pleasant experience. Roger Raulerson well drilling are hands down, THE BEST!

We had some well work done about a year ago. Now we have a leak in some of the pipes. We have tried to call the numbers provided for over 2 weeks with no answer. And no way to leave a voice mail. It says voice mail is full. Not a good way to get customers.
