I was very disappointed. I stayed one night and had many problems. First thing we did was check for bed bugs. Good thing is we found none. But the night went on and we started noticing a hole in the wall, water damage on the roof and we had rude neighbors. They stayed up all night making noise. Around 10 at night I walked to the front office and told them about our problems. They said they would take care of it. We came back from getting food an hour later and they were 10x louder. Our neighbors kept shoving used q-tips through the conjoined door and they continued to wiggle the handle. This was reported and nothing was done. Then while we were eating we were visited by some friends who decided to come from behind the picture frame in our room. ROACHES!!! YUCK. we reported this and the only response given was " the maintenance man will take care of the roaches when you check out in the morning. We were never offered a room change or compensation. We took photos to show but nothing was done and we felt as though the people had total disregard for how we felt. I paid almost $200 for 1 night and it was a terrible experience.

The rooms are very clean as always, the plants are beautiful, customer service is great, front desk clerks and workers are courteous, peaceful surroundings, quiet area, and the place has a home atmospshere feeling to it. I and my husband always feel welcomed every time we come here for the past 3 years. Thanks for always looking out for the best interest of your customers. Love you all! Latasha Peoples 💖💯

Incredibly filthy and in need of repair. Upon arrival, the door appeared to have been knocked open with a hammer at some point as the door had impact marks, which also left the door structure compromised. The door had to be forced open just to enter the room. The room was missing most dresser drawers, and the room was not clean. It was not remotely close to what the pictures online represented. I imagine there are newer rooms, but ours was horrendous. The restroom had problems with water and electronics. The couple who traveled with us did not have any heat and had been given a space heater to keep warm. Out of concern for the safety of our children, we left within 10 minutes and booked elsewhere. Unfortunately, upon requesting a refund, the management refused to refund the first night...only refunding the second night. Beyond disappointment.

Decent spot reasonable price clean room.very good parking security camera's throughout the grounds room door was well secured, staff was polite and friendly. The grounds look like it's very well kept and taken care of, and i liked that.my only issue was them soft pillows woo child... but I will definitely recommend it, and I will definitely revisit if I'm in that area again. Thank you, staff, at Rodeway Inn Port richey.

Great place to stay. Staff was genuinely freindly and even suggested some good places to fish. My room was clean, sheets were fresh. You cant beat the vaule you get, great accommodations for a great price.

I stay here often. Lacy and Stephanie are absolutely amazing at the front desk- polite and professional. Always accommodating and helpful to whatever is needed. Rooms are clean, updated, quiet and nice. Wifi, a lot of channels, and the beds are actually super comfortable and nice as well. Even the housekeeping staff is friendly and warm whenever we have any interaction or I have a request. I have a lot of business in town and staying here takes time off my daily commute when needed. I can’t say enough good things about this place, honestly.

The rooms were super clean friendly staff. However, the beds are super tall for a person over 6ft. My parents are 5,ft 3 , and handicap. The would not give them a refund after we put a bag in the room and moved a pillow. My older son had to move her into the bed and she was struggling with height of the bed. These tall beds in a handicap room seriously.

We selected this location as being close to an assissted living facility where we were to visit a friend. Our first impression was the great profusion of plants and flowers on the grounds. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was average but clean. The hot water in the shower took a long time to appear and the AC was noisy. There was also a lot of street noise due to the location along busy US19. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for the cost conscious traveller.
