We had a fantastic one night stay here when we passed through Barstow. Comfortable, clean, and convenient, all for a great price.
The owner greeted us when we arrived around 9:30 and helped us get our big moving truck into a good spot (the parking lot is on the small side so be careful if you're hauling a car behind you like we were). But she was very kind and helpful. We slept great, the shower was strong and hot, the mattress was very comfortable, and I had zero complaints. Well worth the stay!

On our way back to the Bay Area from Zion and Bryce, we broke up the long drive by spending the night in Barstow. The 5-star reviews are right! This is a gem in the middle of nowhere on Route 66! The room was clean and comfortable. The owners are so kind and helpful. The wife told us about an amazing Mexican restaurant right across the street. The husband made us scrambled eggs with cheese in the morning. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

I was starting a long cross country drive out of LA, needed a place to sleep, and wanted a stopover away from the major traffic. The rooms were tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The owner/operators are friendly and genuinely seem to care for their motel. The parking lot is accessible from the rooms but out of the way for the public. All in all, this place covers the basic amenities well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn for one night. We checked in quite late. There was lots of parking. Our room was on the first floor up some stairs as we requested. It was a quiet room at the end of the row. The room was a good size recently modernised and had a comfy king bed. There was a metal box under the bed which made a loud bang if knocked. The owner was keen to make fresh omelettes and waffles at breakfast but insisted that guests clear their own tables.

This is my go to overnight stop when traveling from Arizona to Calif. I have stayed here many times over the years and the owners are very friendly, caring, and attentive to my needs. They are constantly making improvements to the property. Clean rooms with powerful air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a well lit parking lot with spaces conveniently located near rooms. Varied breakfast choices and you will inevitably meet people from all over the world at breakfast who are traveling beyween Yosemite/Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks and the Grand Canyon. This motel is a budget friendly and pet friendly choice.

The room was recently re-decorated and very clean! They have a very friendly staff who provided much more than the typical continental breakfast. The chef made eggs and waffles to order! We're so glad we stayed here! It was a great value for an overnight night stay.

The perfect roadside overnight stop! We spent 1 night here while passing through to the Las Vegas and the rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet (exactly what we needed after a long drive), shower pressure and heat was great and we loved the breakfast in the morning that was included!! So many options to choose from including hot breakfast items like eggs or waffles made on the spot. Definitely would recommend!!

Stopped here on the first night of our road trip - staff were so friendly and welcoming - room was good - nice size and great air conditioning - included breakfast was spot on too - everything we needed. 4 adults and 2 kids were all happy with the food and quality of the Rodeway. Fantastic value.
