We were put in room 104. The perfume smell in the room was staggering. The bed felt like it was going to come apart, I don't know how else to explain it. We were directly under reception and were kept up all night with bags dragging.

I'm giving it 2 stars because the location to the airport is awesome. The shuttle was efficient, helpful and friendly. The ability to park there while we traveled was excellent. We chose to leave our night of return to the city because we didn't feel we would rest well there.

Front desk staff very unhelpful; act as if you're bothering them.

If you choose to stay here, go to the Hacienda House, it's walking distance and the Mexican food is fantastic.

Rooms are not very clean, can’t control temp in room. I stayed in March had to have window open because radiator heat was uncontrolled. Do not stay in room 107 it faces the road and is extremely noisy as is hotel staff you can hear them walking and making noise at front desk all night. As far as complimentary shuttle as long as you don’t mind waiting hours. I gave up and used Uber after waiting for over an hour at pick up point.When I got to the property to retrieve my car the shuttle that they said was on the way was still sitting in there parking lot.

We booked this hotel through their park, sleep fly program because most reviews I read were favorable. First room we were given reeked of smoke. In the second, slightly less disgusting room, we were awakened at 4 am by someone entering our room. Fortunately we had chain on the door and my husband shouted at them to leave! We were advised when leaving that there was no shuttle service after midnight so we had to Uber back from airport. We will NEVER stay here again!

I initially hesitated when I arrived at the hotel because it seemed like a small, unassuming place. However, I quickly realized appearances can be deceiving. The lobby was fresh and clean, the desk attendant was wonderfully kind and accommodating, even offering to fill in my license plate information later when I couldn’t remember it. The shuttle driver, D, was polite, professional, and went out of his way to make my trip stress-free. He carried my bag, addressed me by name, and wished me a wonderful trip. When I returned, the phone operator was equally kind and helpful, providing clear directions on where to wait for the shuttle. D arrived earlier than expected, remembered my name, and asked how my flight was as he loaded my bag.

This experience at what I initially thought was a “hole in the wall” completely blew me away. Their exceptional service turned me into a loyal customer. I’ll park here every time I fly, even if it costs more. Thank you to the team for making my travels so much easier and more pleasant!
I’m going to post this review to Google, Yelp and Trip Advisor in the hopes this team will get the recognition they deserve!

For an affordable hotel so close to a large airport, I was not expecting anything this good. When I called to ask about a shuttle to the hotel (they offer that for free), the front desk attendant helped me find which part of the airport to wait. When the shuttle arrived, the driver was so kind and a great conversationalist. Keep in mind this is 10pm at night on a Tuesday. I didn’t feel like a bother or a hassle. Arriving at the hotel, I see a cute colonial style building. The front desk attendant from the phone was happy to assist me and both her and the driver went out of their way to try and have an early shuttle for me to make my early flight (they usually start at 4am, but I needed a 3:30). The room is cute and clean! Very happy! Thank you, guys!

Positive: Absolutely nothing. One of the needs had blood all over the sheets and pillows. The bathroom smelled like urine. There was food in the fridge. The microwave had a fowl smell and to use it you had to press hard the start button like 15 times to work. Negative: Everything. It's been the worst most dingiest hotel I have ever stayed. On top of the room being a health risk, the over all appearance was lousy. And we couldn't even get any rest, with the people next door banging into the slamming the door.

Positive: It's small and well-kept, clean, no hassle, friendly staff, providing great service. It's not fancy, with limited amenities, but it is an exceptional value. It's a great place to retreat and relax, or to just take care of your buisness. Negative: No, I've stayed there numerous times and the experience has been consistently good.

I hate to say it, but I can't imagine myself coming back here. The shower was boiling hot, with no ability to get it to a tolerable temperature no matter what we all did. The toilet is a foot off the ground, so it feels like you're squatting over this tiny, child sized toilet bowl with your provided 1 ply rough toilet paper. Besides the obvious annoyance of the highway being 20 feet from the window and having loud cars rush by all night, which I know they can't help, they have spotlights shining right into the bedroom windows at night to light up the building rather than buying a lit up sign. We also tried to get water, but the soda machine was out of everything, but orange soda and Gatorade. The place was clean, and the staff seemed nice, but I just don't see myself bringing my family back here.
