The place unfortunately is in the middle of a road construction zone, and the rooms arm worn, but very clean. If price is your concern, this is a good option, and it is en route from many places. Staff at check in was very helpful, and bed was clean. However, I had no hot water in the shower on a cold night.

Due to selling our home and waiting to relocate and our Choice Hotels membership, we had chosen to stay at this inexpensive location. The rooms were dirty and pest infested; ROACHES! We purchased some pesticide at a local store. The tile floors had a dirt film on them, which left our socks soiled. The linen was stained. When brought to the management’s attention, he was very nonchalant and dismissive about it; he did absolutely nothing! Thanks to my call to Choice Hotel’s customer service, we were graciously taken care of. We will NEVER stay at this location again!!

Excellent stay. Jodi, Michelle, Jennifer, Chelsea, and G.K. are top notch and made my stay very comfortable. Any negative reviews are mostly from the undesirables not following the simple rules of staying in hotels, and the staff enforces all necessary policies and I love it!

Terrible; avoid it at all costs! The first room was filthy, not cleaned at all, with a bug that scurried under the TV when I came in. The front desk blamed it on a new system and housekeeping. The second room they tried to put us in, the key didn't work but the gentleman who answered was understanding and said they saw many people at the front desk with similar issues. We asked for a refund.

It's old and crappy. Old furniture, old Blankets, cockroaches. The staff was friendly however, and Pool area is nice. And the room was a decent size and TV was big.

This place is ok except for the bathrooms. The tub showers look like they haven't been clean in years. The small refrigerators are on the floor instead of on a stand or table. The pillows are way past their life expectancy, and the sheets are either stained or not washed.

Booked a room for the weekend due to no electricity. We lost all our food like everyone else we just wanted to shower and touch base with our family. When I got there I was a little early so they asked me to wait till 3pm to check in. I waited patiently. Then they told me no rooms were ready at 3:15pm and couldn't tell me when one would be ready. So I called booking. com and explained the situation because I took my mom to eat. I tried to call the hotel and they didn't pick up the phone. Booking couldn't reach them by phone either. I wanted to cancel to find another place because they told booking by email that at 6pm they can accommodate me. 👀 But I wanted to look elsewhere then they charged me a$131 cancellation fee which made that impossible. How is this fair? Perhaps they overbooked? Or just didn't care because front desk was short with me, I found that quite rude for customer service. Do not go here, it's not your last resort I promise you.

I booked a room for 1 night through a third party site. The stay was prepaid. Upon arrival I was given a hard time checking in because no one knew how to use a third party booking. Was then charged a previously undisclosed security charge of $60 plus a miscellaneous fee of $1.19 that no one can explain. As of yet they have not refunded either charge. After speaking with them the only thing they can say is not sure how it happened and we'll get it refunded. Question is when? Don't trust them they are one of the shadiest hotels I've dealt with in all of my travels.

As for your reply. Was only made aware of the security deposit at time of check in. Not posted anywhere in the app used to book the reservation. Also no damage was done and you have yet to even begin to process my refund. Spoke to someone on 10/3 that said she would and has not yet done so. Very suspicious and shady on your part. Don't lead people to believe that you are a reputable establishment.
