Great place close-by to escape into nature. All the boulders and rocks you can climb. Peaceful place, minus the trains. First time I've ever seen a beaver was here. Parking isn't great, but usually nobody else there when I go.

This park is a truly a hidden gem in the high desert. The area is small and not very ample parking but still works. There's two decent sized, grassy areas where you can have picnics (or even photoshoots). Beyond that are some large rocks/boulders you can hang around on - I haven't walked the trails yet but my first visit, I was blown away by this place. All the rain we got last year helped this river immensely and gave such a relaxing vibe. Hoping the river won't dry up any time soon because I will definitely be back when visiting home again.

It was very nice quiet and peaceful. Very clean and kept, wish I had of brought a blanket and food for a picnic. Next time for sure.

I wasn't able to access this property. You really must get permission to enter the property. No phone number listed and the gate is locked.

What you see in the photos is what I saw, pretty much. Looks promising, but without access I cannot leave an honestly complete post. It has great potential though. I will check back again during the late spring or summer months.

Rancher and I like it .Rancher is my dog, very interesting lots of walking ?‍♂️ trails I like it when the train passes by, Rancher likes the green grass and shady trees. We go twice aweek..quite, and peaceful.we went back to the park yesterday and here are some pictures rancher and I captured. We walked all over the place. Dogs just love it, well atheist rancher had a good time.
