Choosing ROAM and trusting Rachael to plan our wedding was the number one, absolute best decision we made for our wedding. Rachael’s dedication, kindness, and commitment to our vision was truly unparalleled. I’m in tears writing this review, as having Rachael plan our wedding was truly an honor for us. She went absolutely above and beyond to plan our 2-day multicultural (Nigerian and American) wedding. She did such a remarkable job researching the important cultural wedding traditions and incorporating them into our wedding weekend. From meeting with me weekly the month of our wedding to making last minute requested changes the day of, truly her dedication is unmatched! And then wow, when it came to my vision of garden dreams, she nailed it perfectly. She has a keen eye for design! Everything came out better than I could have ever dreamed. Not only have my husband and I been so blown away by Rachael’s service, my parents as well have been raving about her since the start of our wedding weekend.

We are so grateful we found Rachael. She has an incredible list of well-trusted vendors, who worked so hard with Rachael to make our wedding dreams come true. Rachael took our vision and made it perfect. Also what a dream it was to have her by my side on wedding day; nothing could go wrong because she was already on it. She even had a sewing kit when my dress needed a fix. Having Rachael be around every minute of my wedding weekend was perfect; she is so kind and warm, felt like a close friend planning our special day.

If I could do this all over again, we would hire Rachael the day after we got engaged! We are so certain that our wedding went so perfectly because of Rachael and her team. She’s truly a gem and we feel so fortunate to have met her!!!! We love you!! -Tofunmi and Michael

Jake and I envisioned an elevated garden party and Rachael helped bring that idea to life - She introduced us to all the right vendors to make our dream a reality. Rachael and her team at ROAM exceed all of our expectations. She went above and beyond to bring our wedding vision to life. Right away she understood what we wanted and thoroughly and thoughtfully planned and executed the most incredible day of our lives. I was so comfortable and confident in Rachael and her team and the day went smoothly with no hiccups whatsoever. The wedding was exactly what we envisioned plus so much more all thanks to Rachael. Not only is she a stellar wedding planner, but she is a wonderful human - kind and generous, it was a pleasure getting to know her throughout the process. It makes me sad that we are not working together anymore! lol. I could not recommend Rachael and the ROAM team more. Everything was beyond perfect and as I mentioned already, Rachael went above and beyond to make sure it was everything we could have wanted.

WOW - where do I begin with Rachael? She is the most amazing, detail-oriented, professional, and reliable wedding planner imaginable. Finding professional vendors had been a struggle for me in Miami (there is an expectation that everyone is at least 15 minutes late, things rarely happen if you aren't texting "Hey - still on for tomorrow, right?!"), so finding Rachael felt like a miracle. She is beyond professional, timely, and trustworthy. I felt completely at ease knowing that she was handling almost every detail of our wedding day. Not only does she excel at organization, but she is also a natural creative. Her artistic eye was able to put things together in a way I could not express in words. I could not be more thankful to have had Rachael by my side - and to say we were impressed is a major understatement. Rachael is such a genuinely nice, likable, and hardworking person. Rachael and her team are the absolute BEST. We wouldn't have changed a thing about her communication style, personality, design ideas, or approach to wedding planning. The wedding turned out exactly how we imagined (and we had admittedly a bit of a unique, clear-as-mud vision)! Rachael was a smiley breath of fresh air and I truly looked forward to calls and meetings with her. Our wedding party and family even commented on how impressed they were with Rachael and her way of doing things. Definitely go with Rachael if you are looking for someone over-the-top organized, communicative, positive, chill and laid-back (especially when you're personally coming apart at the seams), and design-forward. Rachael made our dream wedding come true. She is an absolute rockstar, easy to work with and made the wedding planning process fun. She was great at both the planning process and day of execution.

For planning, Rachael navigated us through vendor selection, design planning, and all steps leading up until the wedding. She made our outdoor garden wedding idea a reality. She always made herself available and provided us with a strong support system up until the wedding day.

For day of execution, she was incredible. An hour before our wedding it started to rain. Rachael was calm, cool and collected and worked with the vendors on a Plan B alternative. I felt like she had control of the entire situation all night. The wedding was incredible and a night we will forever cherish. Our guests have called us to tell us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have been to. If it wasn’t for Rachael and the vendors she recommended, I don’t think we would have been able to set up and have had our wedding as soon as we did with the rain subsiding. It was amazing.

Bottom line - we’d recommend ROAM to everybody looking to hire a wedding planner. She’s the best!
