We loved ROAM! The bathhouses are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable and clean. The camp site was spacious, clean and had incredible views. The staff was lovely and accommodating. We really enjoyed the heated pool and games in the community space. Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, and Horseshoe Bend were all very short drives. We loved it here!

Spent a few night here and from the start we were very happy. We were greeted by Nic who was very helpful in checking us in along with local things to see and do. Getting to our site was very easy and we were setup within 10 minutes. The site we had (site 9) was very level which made setup easy. The bathhouse was immaculate. The heated pool was a nice surprise especially after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend

The good.... the staff, pool, bathrooms, very nice. If you have a small camper it will be fine for you. The not so good... if you have a larger rig the sites are small and tight. Maybe 20% are flat. You will need a long sewer hose as all the sewer connectors are at the end of the sites. We had 20 feet with us and needed 30. You may need extra blocks if you have a trailer.

This campground has wonderful views. The super clean bathhouses, laundry rooms, pool, outdoor seating areas and gas fire pits with comfy furniture and nice music are all very well maintained. The only thing they offer that I wasn’t able to experience was the meals that their cafe had to offer and the new cabins they also had. We camped here with our RV so I didn’t see what their cabins looked like inside. The staff here was very friendly and helpful in recommending things to do nearby. It’s an excellent location and is close to many outdoor activities. This is perfect for families. I would definitely recommend this campground and will stay here again if we are ever in this area.

The location to the tourist sites and Page were ideal. The amenities were amazing! The fenced dog park was large and clean. The swimming pool had a fabulous view. The bathhouses were something you would expect to see in a high end hotel. Everything was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

We were in a pull through that accomodated our 45 foot class A and had plenty of room for our tow vehicle. There is a nice dog park and dog waste stations scattered about the park. The pool area had lots of chairs and is close to the small restaurant. The restaurant has some breakfast items, lunch items as well as drinks and ice cream. They have seating set up so you can eat there as well. ||The location is great for visiting the attractions in parks - just a few minutes to the antelope canyon tours, 8-10 to horse shoe bend and about 10 to glen canyon damn. There are also lots of restuarants and businesses here in case you are staying longer and need groceries and such. ||Its very quiet here as well. ||I would stay here again without hesitation. It was $78/night for the large standard pull through. Our lot wasnt too bad to level in, but walking around I could see some of the shorter lots had a drop off towards the front.

No recycling really let this RV site down. Just seems dreadful in this day and age. Progressive RV Sites like this should put the environment first surely and be setting a 21st Century standard.
Aside from that. It is really funky, friendly and cool. Bathrooms great. Pool great. Showers not hot but then with the heat not really needed. The desert cool design is appealing to the more design conscious. Other people on site tended to be European. I think it would be better if they did something simple like wood fired pizzas as their offering and a cocktail bar to give them more of an edge vs the competition. Sites were good but maybe some funky wood fencing between would make them a bit more private.
Lots to do locally.

This is not a hotel. This is an RV park, but it has cabins for rent. I am in the RV park. This questionnaire does not seem to apply to me, however, I give it four out of five stars. I did not give it five stars because the sites are not level requiring me to do extra work. For $70 a night, at a weekly rate, I would expect the site to be completely level. Otherwise, the park is awesome. It has lots of amenities to include hiking within walking distance of the park. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
