I was more than happy with my experience, I would give an extra star if I could. The property was amazing and even better than the photos. Mark was incredibly easy to work with and made coordinating my large family gathering together a breeze, even providing for early arrivals and last minute changes due to flight mishaps. When he wasn’t available during off hours, Jessie and his team were there to take care of all of late night concerns…with a large group , you never know what is going to come up. Everything turned out better than I had hoped and I was the hero for my fam for providing an awesome vacation. I will definitely be reaching out to them for our next family excursion. 11 out of 10 , highly recommend.

Great big, clean place. Tons of stuff to do around the property. Key location right outside of Scottsdale. Highly recommended. Host was quick to answer any questions and helped guide us on our vacation!

Do not miss out on this beautiful private oasis!! The home was immaculately clean, and exceeded every expectation... from the serene outdoor pool area with tons of stunning landscaping and local natural features to the expansive home itself.
We came to Scottsdale to get away from life for a bit, relax after getting a child off to college, and to spread my mom's ashes in a place she loved.
Mark's home was the perfect spot to do just this and regenerate. The poolside seating areas are perfect for early morning coffee and quiet calm.
Mark has thought of every entertainment option for folks who come for the pool, ping pong, corn-hole or gathering with friends and and family. Plenty of lodging options and televisions in every spot you find yourself, so you won't miss a thing. We had an amazing week, and would return in a heartbeat!! Wonderful.

Had a fantastic stay in north Scottsdale! We had a little sales retreat and there was plenty of room on the property to do our goal settings in or outdoors! The home was clean and reasonably priced (as well as awesome!!). Can’t wait to do it again next year!!

I recently had a fantastic stay at one of Mark's Roadrunner properties in South Scottsdale! This stunning 5-bedroom house offered everything needed for a memorable getaway. The heated pool was perfect for unwinding, while the outdoor yard area, featuring a tiki bar and corn hole setup, made for excellent entertainment. The kitchen was superbly equipped with high-end appliances, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I can't wait to return and enjoy this wonderful property again the next time I'm in Arizona!

We stayed in Scottsdale for a girls trip and can’t say enough great things about Mark and Roadrunner. They were attentive and quick to respond to all our questions. All the activities and restaurant recommendations were so helpful too. One bedroom had air conditioning issues and Mark had a technician out to fix it within hours. Great company to deal with!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend!
Our group of 8 had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mark's beautiful home in the Cave Creek. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and answering all our questions promptly.
The house itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the large, well-equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, comfortable living room.
The bedrooms were all comfortable with an incredible master bathroom suite , and ample closet space was a huge plus for our group. The backyard was equipped with swimming pool, bbq grill , and couch seating around the outdoor fireplace.
The location was perfect with a great view of the golf course from the backyard and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants in the area.

Check-out was a breeze.Our host Mark was flexible and communicative, making the entire process stress-free.
Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently located home in the Cave Creek area. Mark is a fantastic host, and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Our stay Sept 2024 at Mark's rental was great! Mark was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The home we stayed at was absolutely amazing clean and spacious would definitely stay at Mark's properties when traveling to the Phx area.
