Our daughter was doing a study abroad semester in Aix en Province, France. We haven’t traveled a great deal, but wanted to visit on her Spring Break.

Melissa listened to what we wanted to see and do, then she got started. She gave me realistic advice about a country I had never visited . She stayed with in our budget. She answered my questions in a prompt manner through many emails. She navigated a change in our plans.

Once we were over there, we were so pleased w/ all the hotels booked! I felt safe w/ the drivers that were arranged for us. Cassidy answered some concerns while we were over there and helped us to cancel an activity that was not going to work out & we were refunded.

It was such a memorable experience! We are saving for a future trip .

Melissa Fail has been a real blessing to me and my husband! My mother-in-law used her to plan my honeymoon, and it made the entire process go smoothly. As a busy bride, it was great to not even have to think about the honeymoon. I have continued to work with Melissa and recently suggested her to my sister-in-law to plan her ten year anniversary vacation. Throughout the pandemic, Melissa stayed on top of travel restrictions and helped us in rebooking our trip. She even helped me plan a list minute trip to Hawaii when my original trip was cancelled. Recently, my husband and I went to Europe, and Melissa did a great job in getting it all together and showing us what all me needed to do to get ready. She’s always prompt to respond to questions and gives the best sticky notes to help you stay organized during your trip! =]

As a retirement celebration and milestone birthday celebration for us respectively, my daughter and I booked a trip to Scotland/Ireland through Melissa. This was my second trip working with Melissa and it (like the first) was wonderful. It truly was the trip of a lifetime. I was looking for a travel agent near me on Google and happened to stumble upon Melissa Fail and her agency RLX Travel Group, and boy, and I'm glad that I did. I wanted to book a trip to the UK but really didn’t know where to start as my traveling had only been throughout the US at that point.

I spoke with her on the phone; then, she emailed me a form to fill out to give her a better idea of what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it, and the budget I had for the trip. She reviewed the data and presented me with a comprehensive and manageable plan. She talked me out of trying to see the entire UK and focus on only two countries since I only had two weeks to spend in the UK. I’m glad I listened to her, as she was totally right.

The trip had minor hiccups that come along with traveling these days, but she was instantly available to solve any of the problems and get resolutions immediately. We had a lovely time on our trip to the UK, and that was only because of the help we received from our travel agent. I simply couldn’t have made this trip without her assistance, and I heartily recommend Melissa and RLX Travel Group.

Melissa did a wonderful job planning and preparing us for our trip with 3 other couples to Hawaii in February. She booked a 4 day land and 7 day cruise tour for us. Having lived in Hawaii for a few years herself, she gave us great information about what to expect and where to go. Melissa planned our vacation to O'ahu, Hawaii, which was amazing! She has also planned for us a 2 week land/cruise package to Alaska next summer. We can't wait! She makes it so easy. Where to start.... Melissa Fail handled us (mostly me) & all of our questions with respect & patience. This was our 1st cruise & 1st real travel vacation since our honeymoon 14 yrs ago. We wanted to bring in my 50th birthday the right way. 🙂 We booked our cruise through RLX Travel Group a year in advance pretty much.. throughout the year, whenever we had a question or concern about what we needed to do packing wise, passports, ports, gratuities, anything & everything you can think of we would email Melissa (or text) and she would answer our questions and not get frustrated with us asking so many questions. (I think I would have gotten a lil frustrated with this over a year, lol) but she was very friendly every time, was very excited to help us plan our 1st cruise & kept us excited throughout the planning process. She seriously did everything for us, all the planning. We told her our price range at the time, and she went from there. Later in the year I decided I wanted to upgrade our room & she handled that with excitement as well. There's so much more I can say but all that's really important is that she did all the work for us, did the bookings, printed off all our documents & made sure that we received everything in plenty of time. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable when it comes to cruises especially! We will definitely be cruising again & will only go through her. THANK YOU Melissa for making this the best trip & making my 50th birthday so special!!!
