Becky is the G.O.A.T: She organized meetings with my fiancee and capturing all the details and building a very practical, easy-to-follow timeline. She sent the timeline to all involved in the ceremony and vendors so people would know what to do and when. She had all the things on the top of her mind and brought important insights for us all the time, she thought about details and logistics and also has great partnerships that facilitate the Bride/ Groom's life a lot! I 100% recommend Becky if you want a wedding coordinator and organizer who loves her work and does everything as if it was for herself.

Becky was great to work with and a huge asset leading up to our big day! From the very beginning to the end, she was organized, detail oriented, and asked all of the questions that I may have not even thought about at the time. She attended in person venue meetings, my last fitting to learn the bustle and also came to our hotel the night before to run through a quick rehearsal. We had some issues with the venue communication and if we didn't have Becky, I'm not sure things would have turned out as perfectly as they did. I even mentioned preserving my flowers the day of and shortly after, Becky had several options/pricing for me to take a look at. She took my flowers that night and dropped them off the next day for me. The day was everything we could have imagined and we are thankful for Becky's assistance!

Wonderful experience working with Becky Stewart. Our very large family was planning an outdoor celebration of life for our mom and we needed the help, foresight and diligence of a good event planner. Becky did an excellent job coordinating each aspect. Event was for 70 guests, outdoors with an indoor/rain back up plan. Very detailed support on the food choices/catering, dates, venue selection, signage, rental equipment needed. Great photographer and graphic design help as well. Becky was very engaged, diligent, flexible, intuitive and met our needs. A very detailed plan helped us each week. The event was a hit even though it rained that day—we had every plan in place to pivot quickly! I would recommend her as well as use her services again!

Becky was an absolute lifesaver for my wedding. Many aspects go into wedding planning, and I was glad to have her because she thought of so many small but important things I didn't think of. When the weather didn't cooperate, she was quick to pivot and come up with solutions. She was the communication hub for all of my vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page and it helped make the day run as smoothly as possible! Oh, did I mention she helped me execute my wedding with less than a month's notice? She was attentive, responsive, professional, and hands-on with everything! She made herself available for all hours of the day and quickly responded when I had questions. I definitely couldn't have done it without her!
