Great staff!! Super friendly. Great location. Very close to restaurants and other communities. Room are a little outdated, but we'll maintained. Pool, hot tub, and other amenities are very nice. Outdoor areas a very nice as well.

Staying the week of the indigenous people/columbus day holiday was a perfect time to be there. Friday to Friday stay. It was quiet. The hotel was clean and orderly. Stayed in a studio room—again, very clean and stocked with the essentials needed. I had brought my own paper goods and kitchen cleaning essentials like dish soap but those were provided. Full sized fridge was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Large TV worked, WiFi was strong and consistent. Parking was great. The grounds were very clean and well kept and look just like the online pics—and the marina is beautiful. All in all a great experience and will be back.

We booked this resort sfter reading reviews and we were not disappointed. We were on a trip from the UK and spent three nights from the 16th September. The studio room was very clean and well equipped. The decor was pleasant, quite new and the bed very comfortable. We checked in early as our room was ready. On two of the evenings we used the small indoor pool and jacuzzi, a nice way to relax after a busy day. The resort is near many restaurants so dining isn't a problem. All in all, a very good stay!

I spent 5 nights here and was really impressed at the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was a one bedroom suite and it was huge - two bathrooms, one enormous bed and a sofa bed, great kitchen facilities (microwave no oven). Really helpful team and general manager Jeff who went over and above to help me.

Just got back from week stay here with family. We stayed over Christmas and arrived late Christmas Eve. The office did notify us of early closure, but instructions for late arrival were clear. The only thing that concerned me was our keys being in the same lockbox as another guest with names on it( for me, that's a privacy issue). The hotel is very relaxed and casual, but I also observed other ways where guests' verification wasn't observed . I didn't worry much because it's the Cape and low-key safe area. The resort is on the river and next to a pier, which is nice . Location is close enough to nearby towns, so easy access to everything. The common shared lounge and kitchen were very nicely kept and cleaned. Guests tend to respect the policy of keeping so much, which I admire. We used it a few times, and I saw housekeeping presence as well. The gym and pool/hot tub area is a nice tough. Just enough for comfort and need. Rooms are very spacious, and such comfortable beds. Rooms are clean as well, and an average 3 star hotel ambiance. The tvs are a bit small but doable. Not smart TV, which would have been nice. I also think a nice touch would be an electric kettle in each room since hot plates aren't allowed and the kitchen can get crowded if the hotel is full.
The outdoor back lawn is really beautiful and we had some nice winter days,so we enjoyed that.
We didn't use the laundry room but others did and price seems reasonable.
I'd stay here again, very convenient and pleasant. Pleasantly and courteous staff . Only draw back was really horrible wifi service, and somehow AT&T coverage next to none when at the property.
Another recommendation would be wider shower curtains, automatic door opener after scanning key when office is closed , for kitchen use , maybe implementing a sign to use sheet or request time to avoid families meeting at same times because the space is small even though there's plenty utensils and 2 stoves , etc ..
Overall, it's a nice spot for a family or a couple.
I didn't get a chance to take better photos of our one bedroom and 2 bedrooms because we were so tired on arrival and just crashed..

While the rooms on 2nd floor have no elevator access, the resort is clean and the king bed comfortable. We did not have anyone sleeping on the pullouts, so no idea of their comfort. Due to code, they cannot allow a hot plate or stove in the unit, but you do have a microwave and fridge/freezer. A common cooking area was utilized by others throughout our stay. Lots of restaurants for any kind of food you desire, especially fresh seafood!

The unit itself had everything we needed. As they indicate on their information page there is no cooking surface in the units. They have a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a common kitchen with full size stoves, refrigerator and dishwasher.||All the bathrooms in our unit were in need of updating. There is very little counter space at the sinks and no walk-in showers. We had a 2 bedroom unit which had plenty of room and a nice view of the river. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay here again if we came back to the cape.

I have been coming here since the year they opened. The staff are always friendly at the desk, the cleaning crew have never failed with keeping the place clean, and some of the cleaning staff have been there for as far as I can remember . No matter what money I leave out, or items, nothing is ever missing. It's quiet, and relaxing. The info pool temp is always comfortable to relax in which is very important to me. Jaimie and Luke are faces that greet us every year.
I also love that I can make full meals for my family in the kitchen that is well equipped. I meet nice people every year when I cook.
