River Runners is the best! We had such an amazing, EXCITING trip. We did the full day trip, and our guide, Kelly was so incredibly knowledgeable on the whole area. He told us all about the cool places we passed. The water is definitely cold, so prepare for that.

They did have wetsuits we could wear, but we chose not to. If I did it again, I would DEFINITELY wear the wet suit! Even with the cold water, this was the most exciting trip we’ve ever done.

River Runners is top notch! We booked the day before, check in was easy, staff was friendly and welcoming and the guides were laid back and made you feel apart of their inner circle.

Chris , a second generation guide who shared his stories of being a guide in a handful of other countries was amazing. He made sure to explain each and every rapid as we approached it and made the entire experience very engaging and challenging in a fun way!

If you want to avoid the “tourist trap” outfitters then River Runners is your place!

My family went on a day trip with Chris on July 6th! We had an absolutely amazing trip. My nieces were a little nervous at the beginning but after the first rapid they were grinning from ear to ear! My sister and I had a trip with them many years ago and we always wanted to do it again and we are so glad we did! Unfortunately Chris had to buy a case for his fellow guides but reason why made our trip so much more exciting!(sorry Chris) Definitely do this!! If your nervous talk to the guides and they won’t lead you wrong!

I can’t recommend River Runners enough! Everyone we met was friendly (as in treated us as friends) and helpful. Start to finish, the entire experience was easy and enjoyable. We did the half-day Bighorn Sheep Canyon trip and it was a great mix of adventure and chill. The water is high right now, so it made for some exhilarating rapids at times, but nothing crazy. Our guide, Alaska, was top notch. Easy-going and personable but knowledgeable and in control at all times. We had a blast and felt safe at all times. Request him- you won’t regret it!

We had so much fun! Leia absolutely rocked our raft trip. She took us surfing and took the fun options and kept everyone safe and in the boat. Rafting was a lot of fun for both me, my wife, my aunt and my grandma

Went down the Gorge with Kelly on Wednesday June 26th. One of my top trips ever (50+ times). River Runners always has the best team. Can't wait for my next trip! See a couple of pics, who wouldn't want to be there?

Avery did a great job guiding our raft down the rapids! He gauged the risk tolerance of our crew (ages 11 to 45) and gave us a great mix of thrills and excitement for everyone. We all had a blast and would do it again.

A very fun time. Arkansas was running a little low at 600 CFS but was still an enjoyable time. Jon T was a fun guide with lots of experience and knowledge. All of the staff were friendly and professional.
