This our fourth stay at River Pearl. River Pearl is a lovely home in Bonita Springs, right on the Imperial River. The photographs of the home are very accurate. When you stay here, it feels like a real home, not a vacation rental. There are 2 patio areas in the front and back of the house, so you can enjoy the sunshine from breakfast to evening. The enclosed pool patio is large. It has a sofa seating area, 4 loungers, 2 dining tables, and plenty of shade for enjoying warm summer days by the pool. The wifi allowed our guests to work remotely and hold video meetings at the 2 dining areas by the pool, all day, since the yard and surrounding neighborhood and River boaters. are quiet. The home is fully equipped with all the cooking equipment and spices you might need to cook complete meals. It also has a kayak and canoe, plus life vests, to enjoy the river, and plenty of beach towels. The location is a ten minute drive to the ocean, and to beautiful Barefoot Beach which is miles long. If you turn south (left) on Barefoot Beach Blvd there are 2 beach access parking areas that provide ample parking.

Birgit is a gracious hostess, who communicates well, and she shares deals and events she sees in the area with you, which makes your stay fun and personal.

I think you’d enjoy your stay in River Pearl, and highly recommend this home!

We can’t wait until the border opens and we’re able to return to Villa Riverpearl. The house is beautiful-tastefully decorated and feels like home. There is a lot of living space, a well equipped kitchen and even a formal dining area with piano.
The spacious, well-appointed outdoor space is where we love to read, watch the wildlife and the occasional boat down the river, and dip into the pool. The outdoor kitchen and passageway from the indoor kitchen to the outdoor patio makes it easy to eat outside, too. There are comfy spaces for both shade lovers and sun bathers. The covered space makes sitting outside on a rainy warm evening an experience.
If you want to leave this paradise, there are great beaches, restaurants and shopping nearby. Birgit hosts warmly -only a text away.

Amazing host! The house was comfortable, the pool was clean and the kayaks were such a relaxing way to spend an evening. It was a total pleasure to spend some time at Rio Vista and communicating with Birgit was quick and easy. Highly recommended and I'd like to go back!

For sure this place will be our new home away from home every time we visit Florida!!!
Everything is provided no need to overpack just bring your toothbrush and other personal items.....The location offers a variety of restaurants beautiful beaches and located on the most relaxing Imperial River... Come visit and enjoy your stay!!!!

Wir verbrachten im August 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Haus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und es fehlt an nichts!!!
Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden (von der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche bis zu Strandutensilien).
Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und top sauber!
Auch die Lage ist wunderbar -ruhig - und direkt am Imperial River (welcher sich mit den Kajaks toll erkunden lässt). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind innerhalb 5 min. zu erreichen und auch der Weg zu den Stränden ist mit dem Auto sehr kurz.
Hervorzuheben ist, dass Birgit eine perfekte Vermieterin ist - sie ist super lieb und um das wohlergehen der Mieter unglaublich bemüht. Sie gab uns im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Tipps und Ausflugsideen an die Hand wodurch unser Aufenthalt wirklich zu einem wunderbaren einzigartigem Erlebnis wurde! Herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür 🙂
Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und könnte ich 10 Sterne vergeben, - das Haus + Birgit hätten sie verdient

Sehr schönes Haus. Ruhig gelegen. Komplett Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
