We hired Naomi for my daughters 1st birthday party. She was great to work with throughout the entire process, from planning to execution & delivery, she was amazing. She asked what I envisioned for my daughters party & gave great ideas that made the party 10x better, things I never even thought of. Naomi was very professional & her communication was excellent the entire time. She made me feel very assured that she had everything taken care of & believe me this was very important to me as I am a busy working mom of 3 & very little time for party planning. When I arrived to the party I was blown away with everything Naomi did, my guests were as well. I kept getting tons of compliments on the decor of the party and had to keep telling them it was all Naomi. She created a beautiful balloon backdrop for photos and gorgeous centerpieces for the tables. She provided linens for the tables & seats, a dessert cart with custom cookies & even made my daughters beautiful smash cake. She provided a ball pit and slide for the little ones to play in, this was a huge hit with all the kids. She also provided a bean bag toss area for the kids to play with. In this area she also provided blankets & umbrellas on the grass for my guests to enjoy in the park. She created big letter blocks with my daughters name that had individual daisies on them. She also made my daughters 12 month photo back drop. Both were super cute & detailed!!! You can tell Naomi puts her all in her work and has a natural flare for event design. She also provided photography and the photos came out amazing as well. Overall, I was so happy and loved the way everything turned out. Google only lets me give 5 stars but Naomi is 10/10 for sure. Thank you Naomi for making my daughters 1st birthday so special and absolutely beautiful. I loved it all!

Rio | Malone events hosted, planned, and executed two recent events that I was a part of. One was a personal event and another was a professional event. Both came out amazing. Everyone that seen the beautiful decor and tabling were in awe. The owner Naomi puts her magic touch on everything so gracefully. I will for sure be utilizing her services again in the future and will refer her to others because she makes event planning a piece of cake and it def helps with eliminating stress when it comes to planning an event. Leave it to the professionals!! Thanks Naomi for such a great job. Much appreciated.

I could not recommend Rio Malone more highly after seeing the stunning event they pulled together for my baby shower! Their team thought of every single detail, from the decor, to the food, to the drinks, and entertainment. After missing out on typical wedding festivities (#thanksCOVID), this baby shower was like a fairytale dream come true. There was even a photographer, something I never would have thought to book! Naomi and team are so thorough, so thoughtful, and so efficient. I am eternally grateful for the memories from that day. I received countless compliments and my guests were so impressed by the design quality of everything! I really mean it when I say NO detail was overlooked. Absolutely everything was perfect (even with the sudden temperature drop, which she of course had a Plan B for!). If you’re looking for someone to plan an event that will wow your guests where nothing’s left to chance, look no further. Naomi is your answer! Just book her and let yourself be amazed! I can’t wait to use her for more celebrations in the coming year!
