RHINO knows their stuff!!!!
They are spot on! Efficient, safe, secure, cooperative, and doggone masters at their craft! I was part of the many companies who worked together to create great concerts in Phoenix this year and witnessed firsthand the load in and out of quite a few big-name tours this past year at some of the largest venues in the valley. I was impressed! I'm not easily impressed since I have a diverse background which includes theatrical production, sports, events, safety, and security...and of course GUEST SERVICES, the ultimate reason companies like RHINO exist. They are some of the best I've seen across the USA.

Last week I called to accept a gig asked do I need to get my vest from the Tempe location or will they give it to me at my job location. They told me I have to come back to the Tempe location 2 hours bus ride later I go to the Tempe location just to be told they're going to give me a vest at my job location now I'm on my way home on another 2-hour bus ride for no reason. Information is not consistent.

The guys are great, the quality of work is good, the leadership and office staff are backstabbing charlatans.... I hope all the guys have bright futures but I would not use this company due to its upper leadership ....

I have worked for, and hired services from them. Personally I ranked them a 4. They do not pay their employees anywhere near the industry rate, and are basically a temp company.

Staff is amazingly and Rhino knows what's good with all stage products and rigging crew is sufficient.. love these folks...
