Chris was a highlight of our trip. Through his connections, he was always able to ensure we were constantly taken care of. Chris picked us up at our airbnb and took us to Slate Theory. His friendship with the owner landed us a great tour of the vineyard and wine cellar. Chris also recommended Signor Vineyards which was beautiful and we got some great souvenirs at Joanne’s Market. We highly recommend using reserve tours and specifically asking for Chris. If you are looking for someone knowledgable, connected, and all around fun to be around I recommend Chris.

I booked with Reserve Tours for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend. Austin and Leigh were kind, professional, and easy to work with! Our driver was on time, friendly, and definitely helped us get the party rocking! The bus itself was really clean, perfect temperature, and a smooth ride. We loved all of the wineries that we went to, as they not only had great wine and knowledgeable staff, they made for some great photo ops! Plus, our included lunch was DELICIOUS! I would highly recommend Reserve Tours for any group.

I have to say that I was blown away by the amazing experience we had with Reserve Tours. My daughter uses a rigid wheelchair (doesn't fold) so when I called to book, I mentioned that the vehicle would need room for it. Gary said it would be no problem and asked about what kind of experience we wanted. He through out some great ideas and followed up with an e-mail which also included recommendations for places to eat and things to do which was very helpful. As the time got close, he reached out again to confirm our experiences. What really blew me away was when I got a call asking if it would be easier for my daughter to get in and out of an SUV instead of the Sprinter van. You don't get that kind of thoughtfulness very often. On the day of the tour, our guide Chris arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled and took us to some amazing spots. He also pointed out other places that we could think about doing on a later trip. He was very personable and was a pleasure to be with. He has a lot of knowledge about the various wineries and also provided recommendations for other things to do while we were there. We will be back next year and will definitely book again!

We had a shuttle booked for my bachelorette party and I don’t know how people do it any other way! Isaac picked us up from our rental and explained how the day would go, he kept us on schedule for each winery, took pictures of us. His relationships with people at the other wineries helped us rearrange one tasting for a tour and got us spectacular service. We had way more fun given the service we were provided and had the best day.

We had a great time on our tour today, we were able to choose the wineries and had our driver recommend others to us. Issac was our driver and absolutely MADE our day and our trip. He was attentive, helpful, and such a safe driver. He made sure we were always hydrating and took our group photos everywhere we went. He was so much more helpful than I expected from a driver!!! I’ve done a similar tour with a different company before and would absolutely book with reserve tours again next trip!!!

Our expectations for our wine tour were blown out of the water!! Isaac was our driver and took care of me and my 4 girlfriends, from start to finish!! It was like we had a body guard for the day! He made sure our afternoon was fun, we were safe and we had the best service at every winery! I would highly recommend Reserve Tours and will definitely be using them in the future!

I would absolutely recommend Reserve tours. We used them for our group 12 for a weekend- including airport pickup and drop off in Austin and a 4 stop wine tour during our weekend stay in Fredericksburg. Our driver was always on time, super professional and helpful, and was part of the family by the end of the trip.

We booked this company for a girls wine tour. They were amazing! Chris was our driver. He was great. He kept all ten of us together and made sure we had a wonderful time at each of our stops. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable. We will definitely book this company again!
