I bought a replacement phone screen for my Samsung Galaxy s22 plus due to the screen turning black. I did it June 25 but within 2 weeks there was 2 pink lines. Then the next month a couple white lines. And then a month later green lines. A week ago my screen turned black again and the warranty was not covered for due " led cracking " from falling However the screen turned black when I picked it up from my bed not due to me dropping it. I always have a phone case and only dropped it twice... literally. I personally think a replacement phone screen should be just as good as an original. So if I have a replacement I shouldn't have to have a extra precautions like a hard core phone case and never drop it once. It was 325. 200 for a screen and 100 for the service. I had to buy a new phone for 450 yesterday. I should have just bought a new phone in July. The man working David was GREAT AND NICE. Not his fault.

Personal Comment: "I took in my MSI Katana GF66 laptop for a [battery repair] and [R key replacement]. I came back with a [battery repair] and a [full keyboard replacement]."

Pricing: The original price for fixing the battery and single R key was estimated to be roughly $200.00. The total price (with that of the single R key turning into a full keyboard replacement) ended up being $400.00 with $31.90 taxes. On my end, that's too expensive.

Customer Service/Customer Support: Customer service and customer support at the front desk (and on call) for updates about my laptop were good. I wish that before I turned my laptop in that I was told about the warranty policies and how their "ordering parts" policy was since my laptop's stuff is the kind of stuff you have to order online, which means I need to know if the worker(s) need me to pay for replacements in advance or not. There was a mixup in this on both ends as we never properly established a down payment or finalized price (just estimates).

Technical Performance: So far, so good! Brought the laptop to RepairALL on May 9, 2024. Received it back on May 30, 2024. It's charging fast, doesn't die as quickly as before, and my broken R key is now normal (with added new keys that also work fine). There are two suspicious scratches on the bottom left of my laptop, but I can't remember if that existed before I gave my laptop to RepairALL or if it's new. I don't mind it.

Credibility: Personally, I wish there was more to the store and its page. It's very empty in person, and the online ratings can only do so much to properly give you an image of what's true and what's false. It's hard for me to say that I trust this store. I actually felt inclined to pick up my laptop early and only pay for parts that were fixed (my battery) since I received a call about my R key not being fixable alone (hence a full keyboard replacement). Unfortunately, paying for the battery alone (or even the bought r key) was not a viable option for RepairALL, so I just let the full keyboard replacement happen.

This is the shortest explanation I can give in my words. I have attached a picture of the two random scratches on my laptop and a recording that my keys work. Thank you.

We had an older iPad that just would not work at all wouldn’t even turn on and it had a lot of our pictures on it so we really wanted it fixed. I took it in and they were able to repair it. Very thorough very courteous and very knowledgeable.

Highly recommend... I went in to fix the speaker on my phone and David was very helpful and quick. The whole process was about 15 minutes max. Affordable prices as well. Don't hesitate to give them a call for your phone repairs.

After calling so many places about prices for a simple phone charging port cleaning and getting so many expensive prices I was able to get it done here for less than 5 minutes and cheaper than I could wish for. They replaced my phone screen for a good cost and it only took 45 minutes, however they do NOT USE APPLE CERTIFIED MATERIALS!
What this means, is that if you have an iPhone and plan to trade it in one day, your phone is now ineligible for trade ins or money back.
