Do not trust these guys. You have to pay in advance, they lose your reservation and then refuse to give you your money back.
Answer:
This is not true that we didn´t show up!
I contacted you the day before the reservation to know the way it goes.
You told me that my reservation was lost, and no other car would be available.
So we agreed that you transfer me my money back. Since that day all my emails have been ignored and I still haven´t got the money back.

Faites pas confiance à ces mecs. Vous êtes obliger de payer en avance. Ils prennent votre argent mais ils n´ont pas de bagnole pour vous. Après ils refusent de rendre l´argent et ne répondre plus.

Ce n´est pas vrai que je ne me suis pas présenté le jour !
Je vous ai contacté le jour avant pour savoir comment ça déroule exactement.
Vous m´avez informé que ma réservation était perdue et aucune voiture disponible.
On était d´accord que l´argent sera retransférer. Depuis ce jour-là tous mes nombreux emails ont été ignorés sans me rembourser.
