My boyfriend and I decided to visit Boca for a day trip and we only stayed one night at this hotel. (NEVER AGAIN). Check-in is at 4 PM and they didn’t have our room ready for us a whole hour later. We checked out at 11 AM the next day. A couple days later, my boyfriend gets a charge of $300 dollars from this hotel, stating that we left our room “a mess”. We didn’t even spend a full 24 hours in this room, had no guests, and left that room spotless clean. This hotel scams people and STEALS their hard earned money. NEVER STAY THERE. THIS HOTEL ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES.

Average stay. Have had better experience at Courtyard.!! Reserved Cabana resecured upon check in, waited 40 mins & they couldn’t find it! When they got us one image staff didn’t even stock it!! Brought bottles of water? Last year it was fully stocked w/snacks, waters, sodas. Also, room service showed up late afternoon after we had been at pool all day when we were getting ready for dinner? Disappointing stay may have to fine another property.!

I booked this room and at time of arrival I was told the hotel were oversold and they have no room available for me.
Never been in this situation and was shocked to get this answer !!
Lately Michelle Quintana showed up and told me that nothing she can do and I have to go to other hotel across the street. I told her did not like the Hotel she booked for me , hotel is not across the street and was good distance to it , better to get transportation what was denied by her. Told Michelle im very unhappy , but she did not care about it and told me to go my way.
Hopefully the management will do better training to there employees specially there managers like Michelle.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 days recently. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Chirley at the front desk and Jesula who cleaned our room daily. The location was perfect for us to travel throughout the area.

This hotel cost me $500 for one night. I was told (phone reservation) that breakfast was included. When I checked in (9 pm) I was told where the breakfast was served and the time: from 7-10 am. There was no help going to room nor finding the room. Actually the directions were incorrect. The room looked like an inexpensive motel. I had to keep calling the desk to find how anything worked.
The bathtub was DANGEROUSLY slippery and no amenities. Have not stayed at any hotel that does not have a magnifying mirror in many years. Next morning came down for breakfast to hear from different sullen desk person that there is NO food. Was sent next door to an attached restaurant to be told that they don’t open til noon and no breakfast ever offered. I would advise NEVER to stay at this hotel.

Our stay at the Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel was exceptional! We were there for a workshop, and from check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making everything easy for our group. The patio area was a wonderful spot to unwind, and the staff there was equally attentive and accommodating. They catered to all our workshop needs seamlessly, creating a fantastic experience for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays – they truly go above and beyond!

My stay here was terrible. I had a reservation from Friday til Sunday. Saturday morning housekeeping started knocking on my door at night 11am for check out when i had the room for one more night. This happened two more times when the front desk now called my room asking if i was doing late check out to which i replied i had the room another night. They apologized said they would make a note. At 3pm i get another knock at the door from housekeeping again all which i had the Do Not Disturb sign up. Add to this them doing maintenance to a room with a large drill which seemed directly above my bed waking me up for the 3rd time on this day. Carry this over to Sunday the day I’m set to check out. They gave me late check out til 1pm this day for the troubles on Saturday but what does that matter when they start doing maintenance with this same large drill at 11:30am off and on for over an hour. So now both days of my stay ruined and rudely awaken by maintenance when people should be allowed to sleep in peace in a hotel they paid over $250 a night for. Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel.

This place is amazing. An oasis amid shopping malls and office buildings. The staff here make it even better. Clean rooms amazing pool area. We keep coming back.
