My family had a nice stay on Lake DeSoto in Hot Springs Village. The rental home was as described and was perfect for our family of 4. We had all we needed right within the Village, or just outside of it. Check in/out was a breeze with clear instructions provided in email and also printed in a helpful informational binder in the home. We have already looked into booking again soon! We will highly recommend booking through RE/MAX of Hot Springs Village again.

I really appreciated working with Re/Max of Hot Springs Village for our rental. After being burned 3x by other rental apps/websites, I found Re/Max to be a first rate experience. Their staff genuinely seems to care and has an excellent knowledge of their properties and the surrounding area. It's great to have local knowledge baked into the experience. As for our particular rental, we found it to be very thoughtfully appointed. Better than advertised.

It was a 5 star experience, and we'll be using Re/Max of Hot Springs Village exclusively from now on.

Our third stay at this beautiful property was just as enjoyable as the other two. The property has a nice open layout, a lovely primary suite, and two additional bedrooms that share the second bath. The kitchen has nice appliances and is well-equipped. The recommendation for grocery delivery services has been helpful. It will be our go-to property when visiting family in Hot Springs Village. Our host, ReMax of Hot Springs Village, has been accommodating and responsive during all three stays.

Booked a Re/max hosted house for 3 couples thru Airbnb a year ahead of the eclipse. Got a cancellation notice 8 weeks before our trip (homeowner selling the property - seems like something that should not be allowed). Airbnb's "alternate" property offerings were terrible. However, Brooke from Re/max came to the rescue with some good options and we ended up with a house on Lake Balboa that was much nicer than the original booking, and had a great time. Brooke was extremely helpful and as nice and easy to talk with as can be. Thank you Brooke and Re/max!

This was our 4th stay booked with Remax HSV and the ladies are wonderful to work with and all 4 properties were clean and just as advertised. I will absolutely book with them Thanksgiving and Christmas this year.

Enjoyed our stay in the village on Rafael last week. Re/max rental team kept me updated on changes to my package deals, information and reminder emails. They were very helpful putting together a golf stay and play package. Will use again soon.

We had a great trip. Our accommodations were perfect and the RE/MAX of HSV Nightly Rental Team was so helpful. We had all the direction that we needed and all questions were already answered in the email that was sent to us with our check in/check out instructions. We absolutely love the area and cannot wait to close on our house and be there full time! Everybody was SO NICE! Thank you!!
